Stygian Hyposkhesphyra - Reaper Hammer (Patreon)

Made a mod for the familiar hammer weapon, comes with a version to remove the blue lattice while also allowing you to play with the color sets to give it a nice glow if you like!

Just head to the Advanced Editing tab in penumbra, go to the Materials tab and select a mtrl file from the drop down menu (whichever version of the weapon you want to use) then have at it! These are the settings I use to get the glow I want, try it for yourselves and see what glows you can come up with!
