Catwoman widened her eyes as she witnessed the once shattered and rotten little flower, crushed into fibers and juice, suddenly giving birth to countless vines.

Catwoman tightly covered her mouth, preventing herself from screaming in astonishment. The vines quickly spread across the entire ground. The woman who had knocked over the flowerpot let out a terrified scream and quickly retreated, but she fell to the ground.

The vines entwined around her arms and thighs, as if trying to drag her into an endless abyss. Little Pamela stood frozen in place, watching as a small flower blossomed on the window sill, smiling at her. The flower softly whispered in her ear, "You heard our cries and wanted to save us. You're a good child, and this is your destiny... Come on... come on... don't mind those wicked people who despise plants..."

The plant vines enveloped the woman who had fallen to the ground, seemingly intent on digesting her. In the bedroom, Catwoman gripped the doorknob, hesitating about whether to go out and save the woman. After all, she hadn't brought any guns, whips, or daggers, and they seemed ineffective against these vines.

Meanwhile, the flower continued to murmur to little Pamela, "You no longer have to wear your least favorite colors every day or do things you don't like. You will become the guardian of plants, embracing the green in space..."

Little Pamela's expression became somewhat trance-like, and she slowly reached out towards the flower. The flower disappeared into the sunlight outside the window as she reached out, casting a glow on her tender face, making her look like she was embracing the light. The flower continued to whisper, "Yes... touch me... come on... come on..."

"Here I am!" accompanied by a cold male voice. With a loud crash, the window glass shattered, and a swift slash sent green blood splattering onto little Pamela's face.

Schiller pulled the flower from the umbrella blade, listening to the unknown soul's agonizing scream. He smirked and said, "I've captured you."

Then, he squeezed it hard, and green juice burst out. The next moment, the room shattered into pieces, and Catwoman was astonished to find herself inside a chamber entwined with green vines.

Little Pamela had disappeared, and Catwoman turned her head to Schiller, asking, "What is going on? Are we inside Pamela's memories?"

"Correct," Schiller nodded, gazing at the remnants of the flower petals in his hand. He said, "As you saw earlier, someone has used a curse to infiltrate Gotham. Now, we're about to find the mastermind behind it."

Catwoman furrowed her brow, realizing the problem immediately. She spoke up, "Is the mastermind targeting Pamela?"

"Just now, in the room, I saw that Pamela's childhood wasn't a happy one. Her mother seemed to have always forced her to do things she didn't like. But did it really turn out as I just saw? Did her mother die and get devoured by the vines?"

Schiller shook his head, saying, "Don't be so naive. In the realm of memory spaces, this is just one of the simplest forms of deception. Essentially, it involves extracting fragments of the person's memories, exploiting their weaknesses, and deceiving them into signing contracts."

"If just now, little Pamela had touched that flower, it would have meant that the Pamela we know would have made a pact with that mysterious entity, becoming its agent."

Catwoman gasped and said, "Wouldn't that be incredibly difficult to resist?"

"That's why you should be cautious of such traps in the future. Who knows, someone might enter your childhood memories, pretend to be your mother, and offer you a hug. Once you embrace them, you become their slave."

Catwoman wrinkled her brow and sighed, "Adults are like that. They always have their reasons. If a child asks unconventional questions, they think the child is crazy."

"But what little Pamela said is correct. If not eating meat is for the protection of animals, then don't plants also need protection? Don't they feel pain?"

"You are still naive. How do you know that this scenario isn't constructed by that mysterious entity?" Schiller turned to Catwoman and said, "To make you have these doubts, to make you sympathize with plants, and to genuinely want to protect them from the depths of your heart, becoming what he calls a 'plant protector.'"

Catwoman hesitated for a moment, then took a sharp breath and said, "Could they really be so despicable?"

"I don't know if they are that despicable, but I am." Schiller continued to walk down the corridor of the green chamber, glancing at the green slime on his palm. Catwoman followed him, her expression puzzled. After a few more steps, she asked, "What are you doing, and where are you going?"

"You still can't see it?" Schiller raised the umbrella blade in his hand. Catwoman swallowed hard and shrunk her neck, saying, "You wouldn't be thinking..."

"I'm going to give him a slash."

In the dark streets of Gotham, a figure in a trench coat was sprinting. After reaching a slightly brighter intersection, Constantine stopped in his tracks.

He stood at the intersection, tossed a card into the air, and as the card turned into flames in the air, it pointed him in the direction. Constantine was about to head towards that intersection when he hesitated for a moment. He muttered to himself, "Wait... Isn't this the direction of Gotham University?"

"My God! The Green of All Things, why do you have such a knack for picking places?" Constantine gritted his teeth and said, "God help us, you made a deal with the Green, didn't you? Before invading Gotham, you struck a deal with it!"

"Now, he's infiltrated Gotham, and what's more important is that he's infiltrated Gotham University. He'll be torn to pieces by that lunatic!"

"You said you were protecting Gotham, and I cooperated with you, but now there are so many coincidences coming together. How can I trust you?" Constantine pointed angrily outside the telephone booth. "What's going on with those madmen? And what's the deal with the plants? Don't tell me they just happened to cross paths!"

"Listen to your explanation? Zatanna, you've always called me a fraud, but aren't you one too? You'll do anything to find your father, and sooner or later, you'll sell your soul to the devil, just like me!"

Constantine hung up the telephone heavily, appearing somewhat angered. In the thick fog and drizzle, he lit a cigarette. After taking a deep drag, he exhaled a plume of white smoke that suddenly ignited.

Constantine slightly opened his eyes, removed the cigarette from his mouth, and stared at a cluster of flames outside the telephone booth. He said, "Who's there? Don't play tricks out there!"

He snorted coldly, and a magic array appeared beneath his feet. Light pierced through the dense fog, but the flames didn't extinguish.

Constantine disappeared in a flash, reappearing above the telephone booth. The spells he cast condensed into points of light swirling around him. The next moment, the ground where he stood burst into intense flames. His whole body was engulfed in fire, emitting a fierce scream, and turned into charred remains.

However, at this moment, a voice echoed from the thick fog, "Stop pretending, Constantine. I know you're there."

As the smoke dispersed, Constantine's figure reappeared inside the telephone booth. He flicked the cigarette away and walked out of the booth, saying, "Looks like a fellow magician. You arrived so quickly, didn't you?"

"Don't lump me together with those fools unless you want to take the medicine again," Constantine saw a figure emerging from the deep fog. As the figure approached, Constantine widened his eyes and said, "Brand Doctor?!"

Looking at the fire in Brand's hand, Constantine narrowed his eyes and said, "You're actually a sorcerer?! And you said all the magic array principles I told you were nonsense, and you wanted to increase my dosage?!"

"You were indeed talking nonsense because those magic arrays you mentioned could do nothing except summon a group of devils to swallow me whole. If you want to increase my dosage, the magical realm would cheer for me."

"Magical realm?" Constantine sneered, taking out another cigarette and lighting it. In the flickering flames, he wore a cold expression. "You'd better not lump me together with those fools, especially a foolish woman named Zatanna Zatara."

Hearing Zatanna's name, the flames in Brand's hand flickered for a moment, but then he spoke, "Do you know where Schiller went?"

Constantine turned his head toward the direction of Gotham University and said, "If I'm not mistaken... he went to the heart of the Green of All Things."

Constantine's gaze pierced through the fog and entered Pamela's eyes, seeing a green hall filled with vines and plants. Pamela was bound to a chair by the vines.

But suddenly, she lifted her head and said, "Whoever you are, you're done for. Before you brought me in here, I saw someone... a professor..."

"Pamela, no matter who it is, they can't change your destiny as the protector of plants." A deep and benevolent voice echoed, saying, "You were born in the deep green, the most beautiful flower in the Green of All Things, destined..."

"You are destined to be a child born in the world of academia, the most beautiful flower above the ivy, the greatest botanist to emerge from Gotham University..."

Schiller's voice resonated in the spacious hall. He held the umbrella blade and approached Pamela. A thunderous sound came from the ground, and a massive vine rose into the air. Angry voices echoed throughout the space.

"Who are you?! Why are you interfering with the Green of All Things' choice?" he roared, but then added, "You can't stop any of this; it's her destiny..."

The enormous vine surged toward Pamela, but faster than it was the umbrella blade. Schiller plunged it into Pamela's forehead.

In reality, the umbrella's tip turned a deep black. The Curse Spirit flowed down the umbrella pole and into Pamela's body, entwining around her soul. At the same time, it bit into the green power deep within her soul.

Countless vines swayed, emitting chilling screams. Catwoman, who had just regained consciousness, screamed and jumped onto a higher cabinet. She clenched her teeth and could hear the agony in those screams.

Schiller opened his eyes, retracted the umbrella, and looked at the most peculiar vine hanging from the ceiling. He gave a cold smile and said, "The Green of All Things, I didn't come here to negotiate."

At this moment, the Mysterious Entity suddenly felt the terrifying curse enveloping him. It carried an aura well-known in the Mysticism realm.

He let out a more intense scream, as if he had just eaten a fly that had flown out of a dung pit.

In the midst of this, the trees, vines, and all the plants around Constantine began to roar in unison, shouting a name:

"Constantine!!!!!!"
