It felt like they had received some kind of notification when the Golden Eagle armed transport ship descended upon Cairo City not long after Optimus Prime and his Autobots had once again entered the city.

Sun Cheng had received advanced notice, as there were several satellites they had launched hovering over the African continent's airspace.

He instructed his Decepticons to continue transporting the batch of carefully selected high-level Vehicons and the relatively intact remains of Quintessa soldiers.

Sun Cheng temporarily halted the processing of memories related to Sentinel Prime, with Thunder and the others accompanying him, waiting for the arrival of the Autobots.

"Lord Frenzy, it's been a while!"

Optimus Prime arrived faster than expected, likely returning to the city shortly after the bombardment of Cairo City with the four Arsenal Ships in Hynix had ceased.

Sun Cheng nodded slightly in greeting, "Your Lordship, we have no intention of interfering with the Autobot's control over the African region. It's just that your predecessor's activation of the portal attracted what seemed to be Quintessa soldiers, causing great unrest on Earth, which compelled us to intervene."

Optimus Prime couldn't believe a word of this, but as clever as he was, he didn't expose the other side's words.

Once inside the city, Optimus Prime had already noticed that there were many Autobot casualties who were unwilling to withdraw. Many Autobots had been severely injured in the previous bombardment, but from the fact that they were merely unconscious rather than deceased, it appeared that most of the Autobots who had died had been lost to the Vehicons of the Skytiger Legion or the hands of Quintessa soldiers.

Despite these Autobots not obeying him, Optimus Prime, as the Autobot leader, had to maintain a certain demeanor and perspective.

Frenzy and his comrades had already shown enough goodwill, and when the situation called for it, he had to play along.

"Thank you, Lord Frenzy!"

Optimus Prime nodded in acknowledgment.

As he watched the Decepticons loyal to him load the relatively intact remains of high-level Vehicons and Quintessa soldiers onto the dozen or so Golden Eagle armed transport ships stationed in the ruins of the city, Optimus Prime couldn't help but feel a twinge of envy.

Optimus Prime, whose memories had awakened from a previous life, could now be considered an ancient sage born during the Cybertron Council of Primes era. His experiences in two lifetimes had given him remarkable insight.

Naturally, it was easy to see that these small-scale armed transport ships were not particularly advanced in terms of technology. With Autobot's technological level, they could easily design and manufacture similar, if not more advanced, spaceships.

However, having the technology and the ability to manufacture was one thing, while having the resources to start construction was another matter.

Not long after the Autobots established the New Iron Fortress City in Africa, the construction of that military fortress-style new capital had already consumed a significant amount of resources.

Unlike Frenzy, who had nearly an entire continent to himself, Optimus Prime had always adhered to a certain belief, trying not to interfere with the activities of humans in the African region as much as possible.

This decision meant that the Autobots could only choose to develop mines that had not yet been discovered by humans or were located in remote and difficult-to-exploit areas. Furthermore, as more and more Autobots gathered from various parts of the Milky Way to Earth, their daily expenses became astronomical.

Adding and subtracting all these factors, the Autobots currently possessed the technology and ambition, but they were constrained by limited resources, and they had to continue living frugally.

As he thought more about it, Optimus Prime couldn't help but feel uncomfortable. He had never expected that one day, he, the leader of the Autobots, and his loyal Autobots, would be living worse off than a faction that had defected from the Skytiger Legion.

With a sigh, he prepared to take over the batch of mines that Frenzy had handed over to them after the turmoil in Africa had subsided.

"Your Lordship!"

Optimus Prime suddenly spoke up, "The former Autobot leader, Sentinel Prime, activated a portal and transported a large number of Quintessa soldiers to Earth. They should still be concentrated in the African region, causing havoc. What are your thoughts on this?"

Sun Cheng looked at him calmly, without any hesitation, "According to our previous agreement, Africa belongs to Autobot's sphere of influence. If it weren't for concerns that the continued unrest in Cairo City might stir up the hatred and malice of Earth's human nations towards us outsiders, as well as the appearance of suspected Quintessa civilization soldiers, we would not have intervened here."

He paused for a moment, "As for the future, if the Autobots need help, we won't hesitate to lend a hand."

Sun Cheng's words were clear, indicating that they had no intention of getting involved in the affairs of Africa in the near future. However, if the Autobots needed assistance in eradicating the scattered Quintesson and Decepticon Vehicons in various parts of Africa, they would be willing to help.

Optimus Prime, as the Autobot leader, naturally understood the meaning behind his words.

He nodded in gratitude but with a serious expression. "Please rest assured, the turmoil in Africa was caused by our former Autobot leader. We will take responsibility for ending the chaos, and if we truly need assistance, we will notify your side in advance."

The blue light in Sun Cheng's eyes flickered as he nodded slightly without saying more.

Optimus Prime's response was within his expectations. The new Autobot leader had clearly undergone some changes.

He was no longer as dogmatic as he had been when they first encountered him. While still adhering to certain principles, he had started to consider the entire Autobot population more. Dominating the resource-rich African region undoubtedly aligned well with the interests of the entire Autobot camp.

So, he was willing to take the initiative to deal with the scattered Quintesson and Decepticon Vehicons in Africa, not wanting others to intervene in this matter.

After an unexpected reunion with Optimus Prime, the two sides deepened their understanding, and the subsequent proceedings went much smoother.

The Autobots noticed that the remains being transported away by the Decepticons were all from Decepticon Vehicons and Quintessons. There were no Autobot remains among them, and Sun Cheng and his team did not show any interest in Sentinel Prime's remains throughout the process.

So, even if they were repulsed by the idea of using these remains for potentially inhumane experiments, neither Optimus Prime nor any other Autobot had the audacity to obstruct them from transporting their spoils of war.

With the remains loaded onto the armed transport ships, Sun Cheng and his team did not stay in the already ruined Cairo City for long. They quickly took off, soaring across the African continent's airspace towards the other side of the Atlantic Ocean.
