Djibouti, Lemmonier U.S. Military Base.

It was the same conference room as before, but this time, there were more participants.

A meeting regarding Egypt and possibly the entire continent of Africa, a meeting that could influence the future of humanity, was taking place here.

On one wall of the conference room hung several flags representing the United States, as well as the commanders of the United States military forces from South Asia, North Africa, and even Europe, all gathered for the meeting.

On the opposite wall, satellites and drones were synchronously projecting the current situation in Cairo.

"It looks like Cairo is about to be devastated!"

"Currently, it's not just Egypt facing the attack in Africa. According to intelligence from the Anglo-French agencies and information from our intelligence network in Africa, at least six countries have reported encounters with extraterrestrials. The French foreign legion in Africa has already been attacked!"

"We've received a distress call from Egypt; they want us to send reinforcements immediately to help them repel the extraterrestrials!"

"Egypt has not only contacted us; according to intercepted calls, all four other permanent members of the United Nations Security Council have also been contacted!"

"Based on the existing intelligence, it's not difficult to conclude... Anglo-French interests in Africa are extensive, and they cannot afford to abandon Africa. However, they lack the strength to handle it alone. Mr. President should contact us soon to negotiate joint military action."

"As for Polar Bear and the Far East, their interests in Africa are very limited. One can only trade in arms, while the other can only do business, and both are far from Africa, so they are unlikely to intervene easily."

"Although we've had similar speculations before, when this day actually arrives, it still feels overwhelming... Have we truly prepared ourselves for a full-scale war with extraterrestrials, along with the rest of Earth's nations?"

The conference room was in chaos, with everyone expressing their opinions.

Clearly, the elite class of the United States, which had suffered losses at the hands of the Decepticons and Autobots, viewed the decision to send troops to assist Egypt and other African nations as a contentious issue, and a consensus had not been reached.

Leaving the turmoil behind in South America, Sun Cheng, who had just finished cleaning up the Skytiger Legion around the South American continent, could finally shift his attention to Africa on the other side of the oceans. He knew that this would be a pivotal event that could alter the global landscape and potentially affect the war involving the Skytiger Legion, Autobots, and their own forces.

Central Control Base Two, Military Operations Conference Room.

Sun Cheng and his commanders were seated in the conference room.

Several holographic projections appeared simultaneously on the central table.

"It seems that Sentinal Prime has allied with Skytiger Legion..."

"I see Lightning; Skytiger Legion's aerial forces are not to be underestimated. If their Flying Tiger Team joins in and attacks us simultaneously, it will be challenging to intercept them completely with our current anti-air capabilities."

"What are the Autobots doing? Where is Optimus Prime? Why are they allowing Sentinal Prime to cooperate openly with Skytiger Legion? Are they insane?"

"According to the information provided by the Commander-in-chief, I believe Sentinal Prime's hostility towards Skytiger Legion and us cannot be easily offset by a few collaborations. I suspect Sentinal Prime may be planning something."

"Africa is one of the poorest places on Earth, with no significant forces. Will the most powerful nations among humans send troops to support them?"

"I think it's unlikely. We're worried about angering Skytiger Legion and the Autobots, and they're probably worried about us too."

"Indeed, recently while clearing South America, we discovered several intelligence networks established by humans in South America."

Sun Cheng watched the frontline images transmitted by the satellites and drones with great interest, allowing his Decepticon subordinates to chat freely.

Just like some of his more intelligent Decepticons had speculated, he didn't believe Sentinal Prime genuinely intended to cooperate with Skytiger Legion. Sun Cheng felt that Sentinal Prime must be planning some conspiracy, although it had not yet surfaced. As for whether or not to send troops to assist the humans, he hadn't thought that far ahead.

The major players on Earth were all waiting and had not yet entered the fray. Even if the strongest nations in Africa joined forces, in Sun Cheng's eyes, it was still a minor skirmish. The real spectacle was yet to come.

Putting aside everything else, Sun Cheng and his team had not yet encountered Optimus Prime. They had only recently suffered an attack led by Lightning, a Decepticon Vehicon, and now Sentinal Prime was openly cooperating with Skytiger Legion. What would the young leader do now? Sun Cheng was genuinely curious.

While the major players on Earth had yet to make their move, Africa, which had become the center of global attention, was finally undergoing significant changes.

In Cairo, the battle was nearing its end.

The Egyptian military had mobilized an armored division, two mechanized divisions, and an infantry division, which was essentially their entire nearby garrison. However, when they faced off against the Decepticon Vehicon Legion, not a single unit could hold out for more than half an hour. It was an overwhelmingly one-sided battle.

These were among Egypt's elite troops, and although they had significant military forces, most of them were stationed near the border. Even if they wanted to deploy them, it would take at least a day or two to arrive. Not to mention whether these units were as elite as those stationed in the capital. Moreover, the Decepticon Vehicons and Autobots invading would not wait for them to mobilize.

The president and many high-ranking officials of the country had already been evacuated to Alexandria Port under the protection of a special forces team and armored vehicles. They had initially planned to escape by helicopter, but helicopters were too conspicuous. As soon as they reached Cairo's airspace, they were spotted by the Decepticons and subsequently destroyed.

With their departure, the sounds of resistance in Cairo had gradually faded, except for some desperate soldiers who had been discovered by Vehicons and were launching futile counterattacks. Most of the city was silent.

The Vehicons had been directed to attack surrounding cities, and a small number continued to cause destruction in Cairo, with occasional explosions. Sentinal Prime paid no attention to them, with Autobots guarding him.

Several Autobots quickly placed special devices powered by Energon Cubes, which had been modified for energy, on the top floors of skyscrapers in the city.

Sentinal Prime watched them silently, occasionally glancing at the ongoing battles in the city, his face showing no emotion.

"It's about to begin," he murmured.

At almost the same moment, after the Autobots entered a designated city, other Autobots would carry similar devices and place them in those cities.
