Cairo, the oldest city on Earth, and the only one that had managed to withstand the ravages of time and the rise and fall of dynasties over the past millennia without suffering extensive destruction.

Since a powerful figure from the Third World took the stage in the mid-20th century, Cairo had seen some improvements.

Over the past half-century, it had acted like a sponge, absorbing resources from this country and even parts of North Africa.

As a result, Cairo, though just a city in North Africa, boasted skyscrapers that reached the heavens, along with various modern facilities such as sports stadiums, hotels, and airports.

Of course, poverty-stricken slums dotted this international metropolis as well.

It was another morning, and the smoke from cooking fires billowed into the air.

In a slum in the southwest of Cairo, the adults had already left their homes early to toil for their livelihoods.

Meanwhile, the children ran around the slum, despite their poverty, enjoying each other's company.

Regrettably, the peaceful and harmonious life was soon shattered.

"Boom..."

A sudden explosion rang out, causing a commotion throughout the slum.

Some elderly residents who were left behind hastily emerged from their shabby houses made of cardboard, old fur scraps, and mud, anxiously calling for their own children and inquiring about the explosion with their neighbors.

Before people could grasp the situation, more frequent and intense explosions erupted in the slum.

"Boom... Boom... Boom..."

Black plumes of smoke rose, and chaos erupted within the slum, filled with cries and wails.

And at that moment, the hidden hand behind all of this chaos emerged.

"Boom!"

A massive figure fell abruptly from the sky, shattering a segment of an already dilapidated makeshift road upon impact, leaving behind a cracked circular crater.

Simultaneously, after landing, this massive entity swiftly transformed into a menacing Mechanical Warrior standing at seven to eight meters tall.

"Decepticons, attack!"

With a thunderous shout, hundreds of Decepticons roared as they sprinted in from the southwest.

Some swung steel axes and nail hammers, while others brandished heavy swords, cleavers, and carried shoulder-mounted missiles and various firearms.

The Decepticon Vehicons Legion charging recklessly resembled an invincible tank battalion in a frenzy.

Makeshift houses were easily demolished, and some sadistic Vehicons relentlessly pursued humans, whom they saw as weak and insignificant, toying with and crushing them mercilessly.

"Woowoo..."

The shrill anti-air alarm sounded quickly throughout Cairo.

The busy people in the city had not yet figured out the cause.

Explosions began to blossom throughout the city.

Without the Autobots, their arch-nemesis, Decepticons were now unrestrained in releasing their crazed desires for destruction on Earth.

On the streets, a few high-level Vehicons were casually using their grenade launchers and energy cannons to target and destroy buses and cars attempting to flee.

Not far away, some irrational and low-intelligence Vehicons, lost in laughter, waved their weapons, effortlessly sending incoming cars flying, playing with them as if they were toys.

On the top floors of several high-rise buildings, Vehicons agilely climbed up the smooth exterior walls and, standing atop them, raised their weapons, initiating their massacre from a high vantage point.

"Look at this magnificent sight!"

Lightning, who had just arrived in the city, landed on the rooftop helipad of a five-star hotel. He observed the city engulfed in smoke and flames, Decepticons running amok, and he commented as if he were an artist admiring a world-famous painting.

Inside the presidential palace, the high-ranking officials of the country appeared frantic and disoriented.

Inside the meeting room, the telephone rang incessantly.

Several senior secretaries in the presidential palace were sweating profusely as they continuously compiled and distributed the bad news pouring in from all over Cairo to everyone in the meeting room.

On one wall of the meeting room, a well-known female journalist from Cairo TV was diligently reporting from a street that was engulfed in thick smoke, detailing the chaos in the city to the entire nation and the world.

"... Over an hour ago, Cairo was suddenly attacked by extraterrestrials... As of now, we still don't know how these extraterrestrials appeared or why they chose to attack Cairo..."

"But their appearance undoubtedly brings devastating devastation to Cairo and our country... This will be the most severe terror attack in human history, carried out by these powerful extraterrestrials..."

"On the streets, these extraterrestrials are still willfully destroying and slaughtering our compatriots... As of now, Cairo still has not established an effective defense... Only a small number of police officers are engaged in countering the extraterrestrials, but many of them have been defeated, some even suffering catastrophic injuries..."

"At this time, our president has yet to make a statement on this matter, and we still do not know the whereabouts of our military!"

Hearing the journalist's tough questions on Cairo TV, the president's face turned pale with anger.

"Why... Why would these extraterrestrials attack us? Aren't they supposed to target the United States and other more powerful countries..."

Faced with the president's roar and questioning, no one had an answer.

Several generals in military uniforms had lost their arrogance. "Your Excellency, we have already ordered the air force to prepare for combat, and more troops will arrive soon! But based on our past experiences with the U.S. Military facing these extraterrestrials, our forces may not be a match for them."

"If possible, we hope you can immediately contact the United Nations and invite the Anglo-French-American alliance to send troops to help!"

Among the Five Big Bullies, only the United States had extensive experience in dealing with extraterrestrials. Furthermore, they possessed the greatest national strength, with military bases in North Africa, South Asia, and Europe. If they were willing to help, reinforcements were expected to arrive soon.

As for the Anglo-French-American alliance, there was no need to say much. Although they had been mocked by many military enthusiasts as the "Two European Fallen Powers" in recent years, their decline was only relative to the other three major rogues. As long-established colonial powers, the United Kingdom and France also had numerous troops and military bases in North Africa and the surrounding regions, making them a force that could provide assistance.

In contrast, the other two rogue nations, while having overall military capabilities surpassing the Two European Fallen Powers, were located far away in the Far East and had only a few peacekeeping units equipped with limited heavy weapons in Africa. They could hardly be of any help.

As for Polar Bear, due to the war with Georgia six months ago, they were currently under a joint blockade by NATO and the entire European Union. Even if they were willing to help, they were out of reach.

Cairo couldn't possibly expect them to launch nuclear missiles from afar, like a certain Far Eastern country.
