Just as Sun Cheng's conjectures were starting to fill him with uncertainty, the response from Explorer 203 quickly put his mind at ease.

"No, it's not what you think. While on our journey, we did encounter a peculiar fleet chasing us."

"The captain recognized them as marauder ships from Quintessa, believing our fate was sealed. So, he asked me to leave behind a Voyage Log."

"However, despite sustaining several hits during the chase, causing some minor damage to our spaceship, we eventually managed to escape them through a Wormhole."

"The reason for our crash landing was because shortly after leaving the Wormhole, our spaceship was unexpectedly struck by a meteor, leading to a loss of control and our descent onto this planet!"

"I see." For Sun Cheng, this was a piece of good news.

The threat from Quintessa was indeed immense. Sun Cheng had absorbed memories from Frenzy, Jazz, Skyfire, and even a part of Megatron, and the more he learned about the Cybertronians, the more he could sense the former might of the Quintessons.

Locating the Quintessons, who had been driven away by the Cybertronians, had proven to be a challenge for Cybertronian civilization for millions of years. It was anyone's guess where this colonizing race had hidden.

However, as long as the Five-Faced Monster remained alive, the resurgence of the Quintessons, accustomed to colonial plundering, was only a matter of time.

After some thought, Sun Cheng inquired once again, "Are there Wormholes within the Solar System for interstellar travel jumps?"

"Yes, based on the Solar System's basic information that you transmitted to me, I've determined that the Wormhole is located between Jupiter and Saturn. However, I cannot confirm whether it's a stable or unstable Wormhole!"

A Wormhole is a concept in astrophysics, a special celestial body that distorts the concepts of time and space, forming an incredible existence.

It can connect two ends of the universe spanning trillions of kilometers or even tens or hundreds of light-years, allowing fleets to complete journeys that would take tens of thousands of years in just a few days.

In theory, Wormholes can also twist more spacetime channels and have multiple entrances and exits.

The super-black technology created during the peak of Cybertronian civilization, the Space Bridge, was derived from continuous research on this special celestial phenomenon, Wormholes.

A stable Wormhole refers to one that remains fixed at a certain location in the universe, connecting two distant places.

An unstable Wormhole, on the other hand, links multiple spacetimes, with more than two entrances. Due to the influence of the interconnected spacetimes, this type of Wormhole becomes highly unstable, sometimes appearing and disappearing, and even reportedly harboring mysterious and inexplicable Space-Time Storms within.

In Skyfire's memories, Cybertronian scientists had once lost a probe while conducting data tests on the occasional Space-Time Storms within an unstable Wormhole.

Interestingly, a few years later, they suddenly received a response from the lost probe.

When Cybertronian scientists retrieved the probe, they discovered that the recorded time interval between its two data responses was only a few hours, as if the concept of several years had vanished from this probe.

After continuous and repeated testing, Cybertronian scientists finally confirmed.

The occasional storm-like phenomenon within unstable Wormholes, which they eventually named the Space-Time Storm, not only made the probe inexplicably jump several years into the future at certain moments but could even take it back to points in the past.

Skyfire and Shockwave had both been involved in this millennia-old research experiment, which is why Sun Cheng had gained access to valuable information.

Frowning, he absentmindedly tapped his fingers on the alloy chair.

Explorer 203 couldn't confirm the stability of the wormhole they had used to evade the Quintessons. This was indeed a major factor of instability.

If the wormhole between Mars and Jupiter turned out to be unstable, it might disappear at any moment.

But if it were a stable wormhole, that would be disastrous, as the Quintessons expanded at an alarming rate.

Two instances of Cosmic Rust might severely damage this colonial race, but as long as they didn't go extinct, under the cruel rule of the Five-Faced Monster, the Quintessons' recovery rate would far surpass that of other civilizations.

So, the Quintesson raid fleet that had once pursued the New World Explorer Spaceship might not have initially been active in the star systems near the wormhole's other end, but sooner or later, they would expand there.

If they were to discover the wormhole, Earth would be in danger.

Sun Cheng wasn't being paranoid; only those races that had been colonized by the Quintessons would remember their cruelty and ruthlessness, and the Cybertronians were among them.

Decepticons had always been viewed as evil and aggressive by Autobots, but compared to the malevolent Quintessons, they seemed slightly less inadequate.

Despite his concerns, Sun Cheng soon realized that with his current influence and power, even if the Quintessons didn't attack, there were plenty of forces on Earth that he couldn't handle right now.

With this thought, he forcefully suppressed his slight unease, saving it for later contemplation.

"Explorer 203, transfer all the data you've retained about the New World Explorer and all your voyage logs to me."

"That's a lot of data to transfer, sir. Are you sure? My backup power might not last through the entire data transfer!"

"So much?"

This was unexpected for Sun Cheng, and he realized he had been somewhat impulsive. After a brief moment of thought, he spoke again, "I'm prepared to manufacture a new Spaceship for you, Explorer 203. Transfer all the data on the New World Explorer Spaceship to me."

"Please wait!"

Having the rank of First Mate allowed access to all the data about the entire Spaceship, which was an unexpected delight for Sun Cheng.

Without making him wait too long, Explorer 203 soon packaged and transferred all the organized data about the New World Explorer Spaceship to Sun Cheng.

A massive influx of information filled his mind. Sun Cheng controlled Core as he worked hard to digest it all. After more than twenty minutes, the constantly flashing data characters in his eyes finally stopped.

Explorer-class Spaceship, all the data at hand!

The Explorer was a medium-sized cargo Spaceship designed by Anchor Machine, another student of the great scientist Zelasas, during the peak of the Cybertron civilization. Chosen by the Outer Colonization Bureau for large-scale construction for extraterrestrial colonization and mineral transport, the Explorer series of Spaceships had been manufactured in the tens of thousands during the Council of Primes era, making it the most widely constructed type of Spaceship in Cybertron civilization.
