High above the Petra Mountains, a Global Hawk Drone soared in the sky at an altitude of ten thousand meters.

This particular Global Hawk Drone didn't belong to Sun Cheng; it was operated by the U.S. military.

Inside a data command center at the Saudi Tabuk Air Base, senior commanders of the former Sound Nest unit had gathered.

"...We've detected a significant energy surge here, likely from Decepticons and Autobots... Commander, should we lower the altitude for more precise imaging?"

It had been two days since the attack on the Fifth Fleet in the Red Sea, targeting Major. In just two days, a lot had changed, including President Cheney's order for a full-scale counterattack.

Yes, under his presidency, two major fleets, the Second Fleet and the Fifth Fleet, were almost entirely wiped out. This "achievement" had earned him the title of the "Most Unpopular U.S. President" for all time, overshadowing his involvement in the Afghanistan War and the Second Gulf War, which had burdened the U.S. economy heavily.

To shed this disgrace, President Cheney, who had initially planned to finish his term quietly, decided to go all-in.

"We must counterattack. The United States must counterattack, or our global enemies will become emboldened!"

It had to be admitted that he and U.S. authorities were somewhat self-aware. They knew that the United States' past half-century of flaunting its military might worldwide, intervening in other countries' internal affairs, had created countless enemies.

So, after a brief meeting, the military agreed to the president's order for a counterattack.

Colonel Williams had received the latest orders from the U.S. Department of Defense. The order to disband the Sound Nest unit, requested by Gabriel and others, would not be revoked, but the Department of Defense would establish a new specialized organization for dealing with extraterrestrial invaders, the Tomb Wind Force (TEAM-TOMB-WIND, abbreviated as T.T.W.).

The new Tomb Wind Force would be under the command of the United States Special Operations Command and would be based in Campbellsville, Kentucky. Their intelligence gathering would be handled by a dedicated department of the CIA, and Colonel Williams would temporarily serve as the interim commander until the new leader arrived.

One of the first orders the Tomb Wind Force received from the U.S. was to locate and pinpoint the positions of extraterrestrials in the Middle East and coordinate with the Air Force for a strike.

These extraterrestrials included both Decepticons and Autobots.

Colonel Williams kept a stern face, showing no signs of emotional fluctuations. He prayed silently for the Autobots but knew that there was nothing more he could do.

A continuous stream of military supplies had been secretly transported to the Middle East over the past two days due to the attacks by the Decepticons on the Second and Fifth Fleets. The U.S. military was aware that the Decepticons were searching for the Leadership Module in Jordan, even though they couldn't pinpoint its exact location. As a result, the military had transported a considerable number of GBU-43B Massive Ordnance Air Blasts (MOABs), colloquially known as the "Mother of All Bombs," to the Saudi Tabuk Air Base.

Colonel Williams knew that the Autobots' metallic bodies allowed them to withstand most of the small-arms fire and even some smaller rockets and missiles developed by Earth's humans. However, a GBU-43B had an explosive equivalent of approximately eleven tons of TNT, covering a circular area of nearly half a kilometer in radius. According to internal tests conducted by the Sound Nest's explosives experts, even Megatron, positioned at the center of the explosion, would be severely wounded, possibly fatally, by a GBU-43B.

The number of GBU-43Bs transported to the Saudi Tabuk Air Base had reached twenty-two, almost all the hidden stockpiles deployed by the U.S. military in the Middle East.

Colonel Williams was well aware of what the U.S. military had prepared to deal with extraterrestrials. He knew about the GBU-43B and the destruction it had caused in Afghanistan during the early 2000s.

Captain Robert could see the struggle in Colonel Williams' eyes as he remained silent. He sighed and stepped forward, saluting, "Major, please approve the transfer of the video footage to the Air Force."

Sound Nest was finished, and there was no chance of reconciliation with the Autobots under the U.S. government. This was evident in the renaming of Sound Nest to the Tomb Wind Force and the clear directive to target all extraterrestrials.

Their commanders from the former Sound Nest unit would soon be retired or "promoted" to other units. Captain Robert knew that if his friend continued to show closeness to the Autobots, he would likely face investigation by the military police or intelligence agencies.

"Major..." He urged once more, Colonel Williams, his arms trembling slightly. Colonel Williams glanced at Captain Robert, who met his gaze with a deep sense of resignation.

"I... I understand," Colonel Williams finally said with a sigh. He silently apologized to the Autobots in his heart. He then turned to the technician who was still awaiting his orders, "Expand the search radius for the Global Hawk and look for more possible extraterrestrial locations. Transmit the video footage and information to the Air Force. The rest is up to them."

"Yes, sir!"

Twenty minutes later, a squadron consisting of more than forty F-15 series fighters, escorted by eight C-130s and four C-17 transport aircraft, took off from the Saudi Tabuk Air Base. They flew towards the southern section of the Petra Mountains in Jordan, ignoring neighboring countries' airspace sovereignty.

Meanwhile, the fierce battle between the Autobots near the Nameless Temple and Lord Fallen was drawing to a close.
