Due to its subtropical mountain climate, La Paz has an average annual temperature of 25?, making it a very suitable place to live.

Therefore, Bolivia replaced Sucre as the true capital of the country in 1895, several decades after gaining independence.

And it's not just modern people who are smart; ancient people actually discovered this blessed land even earlier.

Located about 70 kilometers outside of La Paz, on the shore of Lake Titicaca, there is a ruin that European and American archaeologists have recently speculated to be the source of the glorious Inca Empire, which still stands here after countless years of time and war.

It is the "Tiwanaku" mentioned by Sun Cheng, the center of creation in the legends of South American indigenous tribes.

They are not memories left by human civilization on Earth, but a more ancient, complex, and difficult-to-read alien script.

That's right, they come from Cybertron, billions of kilometers away from Earth, and are the mother language of all Decepticons and Autobots!
