November 27th is the traditional Russian Mother's Day.

After dealing with government documents all afternoon, Vladimir returned to the mansion from the office.

Because the annual Heroic Mother Banquet was scheduled for the evening, he could take a temporary rest in the mansion before the banquet.

In his private lounge, lying on an imported Japanese massage chair, he relaxed his body while listening to old Soviet tunes that were no longer popular, closing his eyes to rest.

Suddenly, a series of urgent knocks came from outside the lounge.

Vladimir furrowed his brows slightly, not liking his private time being interrupted.

However, as the leader of Russia, Vladimir understood that unless it was an urgent matter, no one would disturb him.

He promptly turned off the music and said, "Come in..."

The door to the lounge was quickly opened, and four or five fully armed presidential security personnel walked in briskly.

"Your Excellency, there has been an intruder in the official residence. Please come with us immediately to the emergency shelter!"

"An intruder..."

Vladimir's face darkened, "Is it a coup?"

With his background in the former Soviet intelligence agency, he had always been vigilant about controlling intelligence agencies since assuming power.

In his quest for re-election, Vladimir was well aware of the numerous political opponents he had within the country, some of whom received foreign support and were determined to remove him from office.

However, what caught him off guard was that the intelligence agencies hadn't provided any warning.

The security personnel appeared anxious, quickly moving forward to assist him from the massage chair. One of his close bodyguards retrieved a set of bulletproof armor, preparing to help him put it on. At the same time, shaking his head, he replied, "We're not sure. We just heard the alarm bells ringing, likely triggered by the outside guards. Although the situation is unclear, we still need to follow the protocol and ensure your safety first, then investigate the situation..."

Vladimir nodded and cooperatively put on the bulletproof armor.

Even if it was a false alarm, the president's safety was a matter of utmost importance and had a comprehensive set of procedures, just like in any other country.

Once he had the armor on, and with his security personnel tightly protecting him, Vladimir left the lounge. The group quickly made their way to an emergency evacuation passage within the presidential residence, preparing to reach the emergency shelter.

Inside the presidential mansion, chaos had already taken hold.

Voices of questioning and reprimanding echoed everywhere, causing Vladimir to furrow his brow, realizing that the usual drills hadn't been sufficient.

Nevertheless, in this critical situation, he couldn't afford to dwell on that.

As more security personnel arrived, the team protecting him quickly grew to twenty or thirty members.

The group hurriedly rushed towards the room where the emergency evacuation passage was located. However, just as they were about to reach their destination, a sudden loud noise came from ahead, startling Vladimir.

The team instinctively shielded him, seeking cover nearby. Vladimir leaned forward to see where the sound originated from and immediately caught sight of a towering, menacing mechanical giant.

"Huh..."

His expression suddenly froze as Vladimir looked in disbelief at the intruder who had suddenly broken into his mansion. If he wasn't mistaken, this mechanical giant looked very familiar, bearing a striking resemblance to the one that had plagued him for half a month, which the Russian authorities had named the "Severodvinsk Phantom."

Still in a state of shock, suddenly, the mechanical giant that had breached the walls of the presidential mansion seemed to take notice of them. Vladimir even clearly saw a faint smile on its slightly menacing metallic face as it walked directly towards him.

Upon seeing the mechanical giant approaching, the security personnel guarding Vladimir immediately grew more frantic. With a loud shout, "Quick... protect the president and evacuate!"

In the next moment, all the bodyguards took aim at the mechanical giant and pulled the triggers of their weapons.

"Crack..."

"Crack, crack..."

Bullets rained down upon the mechanical giant, yet it seemed to have no effect, merely scratching an itch.

Vladimir's expression became more frozen as he clearly observed that the mechanical giant paid no attention to the bullets fired by his bodyguards.

However, when the giant was merely two or three meters away, it abruptly halted. In a hollow and cold, yet perfectly standard Russian, it spoke, "I apologize, Mr. President. Today, I came to your mansion with sincerity, hoping to meet with you and discuss some topics of mutual interest. However, it appears that there was a problem with the process of informing you. I regret this!"

Bullets continued to rain upon his mechanical body, and the mechanical giant's face showed signs of annoyance. It extended its hand and made a gesture, and when it reappeared, there were now several bullet heads in the palm of its hand.

In front of Vladimir and his bodyguards, the giant casually dropped the collected bullet heads to the ground. It spoke again, "Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Frenzy, the leader of the Decepticon Legion's reformist faction. Like the Autobots who have already established cooperation with the United States, I am a mechanical lifeform from the planet Cybertron. Today, I have come here with sincerity, wishing to strike a deal with you and this country."

Observing that Vladimir had refrained from any overly aggressive response and realizing that the weapons carried by his personal bodyguards were inadequate to inflict harm upon this mechanical giant, Vladimir spoke in a commanding tone, "Cease the attack..."

"Yes..."

The security personnel surrounding Vladimir recognized that they were powerless to threaten this self-proclaimed "Frenzy" with their weapons. Though somewhat unwilling, they reluctantly lowered their firearms.

Of course, everyone discreetly reloaded their weapons, while some carefully retrieved their communication devices, secretly calling for help from the guards outside.

Sun Cheng observed these subtle actions with great interest, and Vladimir, clearly noticing, cleared his throat and asked in a rigid tone, "Mr. Frenzy, previously you stole one of our submarines in Severodvinsk, and now you have entered my residence without an invitation, resulting in numerous casualties. This does not demonstrate sincerity."

Shrugging his shoulders, Sun Cheng did not deny the other party's probing. The purpose of stealing a Typhoon-class ballistic missile nuclear submarine from the Severodvinsk shipyard was to draw attention, so naturally, he would not deny it.

On the contrary, in response to Vladimir's dissatisfaction, he smiled and softly said, "Your Excellency, I can assure you that none of your soldiers were killed or injured. In fact, I used a few sonic grenades to quickly meet you and discuss a deal. These grenades only temporarily deafen and incapacitate your soldiers, and they will fully recover within a maximum of two days." "Sonic grenades..."

Upon hearing this, Vladimir's expression softened slightly.

He once again looked seriously at the menacing mechanical giant in front of him, and after a while, he slowly asked, "So, Mr. Frenzy, can you now tell me what kind of business you want to discuss with us?"
