Just after he arrived in Brazil, Sun Cheng suddenly felt a strange movement in his body. His expression changed slightly, and he found a hidden spot to land.

With a wave of his hand, a group of miniature insect detectors, newly made for him by the Decepticon engineers, immediately scattered and set up surveillance within a few kilometers.

After completing these tasks, Sun Cheng relaxed his vigilance slightly.

He was very familiar with the sudden restlessness in his body, as it came from the mysterious spherical space.

"Has the new world fusion begun again?"

Calculating the time, more than four months have passed since the last world fusion, and it is indeed time for the next world fusion.

With a blue light shimmering in his electronic eyes, Sun Cheng sat on the ground.

He has been researching the spherical space that inexplicably entered his body.

This time, returning to the world ahead of schedule, apart from completing most of the tasks in the real world, there is another important reason—to avoid the upcoming world fusion.

It is not to end the world fusion, although Sun Cheng has confirmed that whenever he enters a world, the timeline of the real world stops, and vice versa.

But judging from the timeline trend that the spherical space has always shown, it is independent of the timeline of the real world and does not stagnate due to the different timelines of the two worlds.

This can be confirmed by the ongoing countdown reminder in the spherical space's light screen!

Sun Cheng's goal is to avoid being in the real world when the new world fusion occurs. After all, in the previous fusion of two parallel universes, it brought real living dinosaurs and aliens to him. He is concerned that he will be involved in trouble again when the new world fusion occurs.

At least, he doesn't currently have the energy to deal with it!

Feeling the continuous agitation from the spherical space in his body, Sun Cheng resisted the increasingly strong urge. With his Core fully activated, he noticed that some strange information suddenly appeared in his Core.

"Hmm..."

The Core was able to capture this bizarre information, which delighted him.

He has always been curious about the existence and principles of the spherical space—how did it appear? How did it attach itself to his body? Furthermore, how does it possess the ability to allow him to travel between the two worlds in an unimaginable state?

However, he has not found any clues, and his research progress on it has been slow.

Now that he finally sees some leads, he can't hold back. He directly activated Core's ability and started tracking and deciphering the strange information that appeared with the restlessness of the spherical space.

Soon, the blue light in Sun Cheng's eyes dimmed, and he raised his head, sighing softly.

"Another failure..."

The strange information that appeared failed to provide him with more clues about the spherical space. However, these new pieces of information were easily deciphered by his Core, just like the experience he had four months ago on Nubra Island. They are hints from the spherical space.

"The fusion is complete! Unknown parallel world merging, countdown..."

Frowning, Sun Cheng quickly stood up from the ground. A brand new parallel universe merged into the real world once again. Although it is not clear what kind of world it is, one can deduce a few things from the literal meaning.

Looking separately, both "command and conquer" and the following phrase "general" emit a strong scent of gunpowder.

This made him feel somewhat fortunate for his choice.

"Will there be a new fusion of parallel worlds in eight months? I don't have much time left..."

Annoyed, he looked at the sky and quickly issued a self-destruct order to the micro-scout

s that were scattered for surveillance.

He leaped into the sky once again.

He had a premonition that the next time he returned to the real world, he might need more than just mechanical equipment. He might also need weapons, and even many more...

Once again, he arrived at Base No. 2, and it was obvious that Forerunner and Atlas had not been lazy.

The enormous underground cavern was now powered, with groups of diesel generators creating a deafening noise in the spacious cave.

Atlas's arrival liberated Forerunner from his previous combat duties. Now, Atlas took over the construction task of Base No. 2.

As for Forerunner, he volunteered to build defense facilities in the Amambai Mountains.

Previously, Sun Cheng had successfully persuaded a high-ranking executive from Nebrina, a Brazilian military trading company, and purchased a batch of American Hellfire missiles, intending to enhance his combat capabilities.

However, after experiencing the Hellfire missiles firsthand in the battle of Las Vegas, he was disappointed to find that these standard US air-to-air missiles posed limited threats to their Cybertronian mechanical lives. Consequently, he abandoned his plan to use them personally.

Nonetheless, he did not intend to waste his purchase. The engineers at Base No. 2 took the time to modify some of the missiles, enabling them to be launched on land. Sun Cheng handed these missiles over to Forerunner, instructing him to set up several air defense positions within a radius of hundreds of kilometers near Base No. 2, which proved more than sufficient to counter human military aircraft.

He headed straight for the operational construction factory at the base!

Upon Sun Cheng's request, Atlas and his team of engineers began designing a complete industrial robot manufacturing production line. The progress was good, and they conservatively estimated that the finished products would be ready in about a week. Once completed, the production line would have the capacity to produce three to five industrial robots per day. Sun Cheng knew that it would be a time of intensive work for him.

"Master, during this period, we have produced four more industrial robots. Do you still need to take them away?"

Last time, when he returned from the real world unexpectedly, he hastily took a few industrial robots, claiming that he needed them before leaving. That was why Atlas asked this question.

"Not for now..."

His gaze rested on one of the industrial robots that had just passed by him for a while, and Sun Cheng shook his head. He knew that the only constraint to mass-producing industrial robots was the availability of energy. However, he believed that it would soon become a thing of the past.

A few days ago, when he took over Onslaught's base, he acquired two sets of energy extraction and conversion devices. Sun Cheng already had a plan. The next time he returned to the real world, he intended to bring one of the devices from Cybertron with him. He would deploy it in the new factory he was about to build, allowing him to use China's power system in the real world for his operations.

Thinking about energy led him to think about Core. Sun Cheng's mind stirred, and he suddenly recalled the research data on Core that he had obtained from the "Cybertron Calculator" in Onslaught's base.

In that moment, he spoke slowly, giving the order, "Go and summon Green Skin. Prepare a laboratory for me. I will need it immediately!"

"Yes, master. I'll take care of it right away!"
