Hearing the words of this Conqueror Kang, Schiller raised his eyebrow slightly and pointed to the sofa next to him, saying, "Please have a seat."

The dark-skinned Kang walked over and sat on the sofa. Without waiting for Schiller to ask, he opened his mouth himself.

"In the past, when dealing with Thor, I planned to infiltrate Earth. The original plan was going smoothly. I came to New York and planned to live here for a while before finding an opportunity to go to Asgard."

"But I didn't expect that the science and technology of this Earth in this space had developed much faster than I had imagined." Kang's face revealed a hint of surprise, and he continued, "As soon as I arrived in New York, I found that Stark's science and technology had already surpassed that of the future Earth where I came from in certain projects!"

"You also know that I'm a scientist, and I'm quite interested in this area. So, I planned to enter Stark Tower to see what was going on and what new things the so-called genius Tony Stark had come up with."

At this point, Kang sighed and said, "I'm not a reckless person. Before infiltrating, I needed to make thorough preparations. So, I started investigating near Stark Tower..."

"But unexpectedly, a group of people started watching me. The girl leading them was dressed in red, with a red cape. Her boyfriend was very handsome but looked a bit like a vampire."

"Oh, I've digressed. For some reason, they found my behavior of wandering near Stark Tower suspicious and wouldn't leave me alone. Fortunately, my skills were superior, and I managed to shake them off every time."

Schiller, having guessed something at this point, looked at Kang and asked, "From your tone, it seems like you suffered a significant loss at their hands."

Kang took a deep breath, pursed his lips, and revealed a wry smile. "I can only say that I was unlucky in this matter."

"Originally, this bunch of kids was no match for me. One day, that girl chased me down half a street, and I almost shook her off. But suddenly, a dead face appeared in front of me... Oh, it was Magneto."

"It was then that I realized this girl was Magneto's daughter Wanda. But Magneto's timing was too inopportune."

Kang showed a wry expression and continued, "It seemed that Wanda and her boyfriend were in the throes of passion, and even when they came out to pursue me, they had to stick together, joining forces against me. That's when Magneto descended from the sky."

"Did Magneto beat you up?" Schiller asked.

"If only he had beaten me up!" Kang said through gritted teeth. "He wanted to beat up Wanda's boyfriend! I was just passing by!"

He sighed deeply and continued, "As soon as he landed, he flipped Wanda's boyfriend onto the ground. Wanda was furious and immediately locked down the nearby space."

"Sensing trouble, I tried to use my ability to control timelines to escape. But this girl's power was too bizarre. She said, 'No one is allowed to move,' and we really couldn't move."

"Even worse..." Kang covered his forehead and said, "Wanda's little boyfriend's ability seemed to be controlling mechanical devices."

"So, guess who had mechanical devices nearby? Only me!"

"I don't know why, but the mechanical devices I had on me were suddenly hacked, and they started moving on their own, aiming at Wanda and Magneto's direction."

"That was it. Magneto thought I was on Wanda's boyfriend's side, and Wanda thought I was on her father's side. They teamed up, father and daughter, and beat me up!"

Schiller couldn't help but cover his mouth with his hand, and Kang, noticing his raised corners of the mouth, said, "Doctor, you don't need to hold back. Feel free to laugh."

"Then what happened?" Schiller asked, trying to purse his lips.

"What else? Of course, I was beaten down!"

Kang had a look of disgust on his face as he said, "The Scarlet Witch's abilities were something I couldn't resist. Not only could I not jump out of the timeline, but I couldn't even move. I could only stand still and take the beating."

Kang then showed a relieved expression, saying, "Fortunately, her little boyfriend was more reasonable. He explained something to Magneto, and surprisingly, Magneto didn't hit me anymore."

"Wanda seemed very surprised, as if someone was impersonating Magneto. Magneto also said something to her, seemingly about the process of meeting Wanda's mother."

"After a few sentences, the girl started crying non-stop, her makeup running. Eventually, her boyfriend took her away, and Magneto glanced at me before leaving me there and departing himself."

Kang took a sip of water from his cup and looked at Dr. Schiller, saying, "At that time, I believed it was just my bad luck. I'm not someone who gives up easily."

"Fortunately, in the following days, the girl and her boyfriend stopped chasing me. I finally found a gap and, taking advantage of Pepper Potts and Obadiah Stane's absence, I secretly infiltrated Stark Tower..."

"I knew that Tony Stark was just a scientist and had no idea about the employees in his company. So, I disguised myself as a new employee and successfully approached the laboratory."

"But unexpectedly, the person who came out of the laboratory wasn't Tony Stark, but a stranger!"

"Previously, my investigation showed that this laboratory was for Stark's exclusive use, and no one else could enter. It stored many important materials. How could a stranger suddenly come out?"

At this point, Kang's expression showed some confusion, but it soon turned to indignation as he gritted his teeth and said, "This stranger, who came out of nowhere, discovered that I wasn't a Stark Tower employee and immediately wanted to call security!"

"How could I let him succeed? I immediately took out my stun gun and knocked him down. But unexpectedly..." Kang showed a look of regret and continued, "A nest of Spider-Men suddenly burst out of the laboratory! At least a hundred of them!!"

"The leading Spider-Man was one I had never seen before. As he charged out, he was shouting something like, 'This was his first time blowing up a space station, and it was really exciting!' The other Spider-Men were also making strange noises."

"When the leading Spider-Man saw the stranger I had knocked down, he rushed over and shouted."

"It was at that moment that I realized the Howard Stark of this space hadn't died, and it was Howard who had exposed me."

"Originally, I wasn't afraid of Spider-Man. Although he could use his Spider-Sense to anticipate my time-stopping actions, if I launched continuous attacks, his Spider-Sense would become fatigued. I had dealt with him like that before."

At this point, Kang pressed his temples with both hands, looking completely frustrated, and said, "But here, there were over a hundred Spider-Men! My time-travel device was almost worn out, and they didn't seem to get tired!"

"I had no choice but to find an opportunity when they couldn't predict my time controller's actions, take Howard hostage, and run downstairs."

Kang spread his hands and said excitedly, "As I was running, suddenly a one-armed researcher grabbed me, insisting that I had bumped into him and ruined his experiment."

"Come on! I was in a hurry! I was racing against time!! How could I have paid attention to who I bumped into or what experiment I had ruined?!"

"I charged straight ahead and crashed right out the window. But who knew that a lizard monster as tall as a mountain would follow me and hit me with its tail!"

"Heh!"

After making that sound, Schiller quickly covered his mouth and gave Kang an innocent eye contact, saying, "You must have misheard. I've received professional training, and under normal circumstances, I absolutely would not laugh."

Kang rolled his eyes and then looked at Schiller again, saying, "Do you think that was the unluckiest thing that happened?"

"As soon as I jumped out of the window, before I even landed, there was a big green guy following the lizard monster, claiming that the lizard had damaged his equipment during the transformation."

"Before I could figure out what was going on, a shield suddenly flew over. I thought Captain America was coming after me, but unexpectedly, he was trying to break up the fight between them. And from the looks of it, those two monsters weren't fighting for the first time..."

"...Indeed, it wasn't." Schiller nodded, then snapped his fingers. A nurse walked over and opened the curtains. Schiller extended his hand and pointed with his thumb out the window.

Kang saw a lizard monster chasing a group of Spider-Men across the New York skyline, running from left to right. Meanwhile, Magneto, holding half of the Brooklyn Bridge's span, was chasing Polaris, who was holding a bridge pier, running from right to left.

Kang opened his mouth slightly but then asked with a bit of confusion, "You just let them endanger ordinary people's lives like that?"

"What endangerment to ordinary people's lives?" Schiller took a sip of water and said, "The Brooklyn Bridge hasn't been open to traffic for a long time. Recently, the Starks, father and son, created a hovering road system, and now there are six bridges over the East River in New York."

"Originally, the Brooklyn Bridge was kept there as a memorial, and the Historic Preservation Bureau had sealed off the area."

"But one day, Professor X came to me and said that Magneto, Polaris, and other mutants who play with kinetic and magnetic forces found the Brooklyn Bridge too convenient to use as a weapon. If they couldn't get close to the bridge, they wouldn't have the energy to fight."

"So Stark Industries modified the bridge, making it modular. Those people would be game over if they had to reassemble the bridge."

"What about that lizard monster running around? Wouldn't it step on a lot of buildings?" Kang persisted.

"It has a fixed route," Schiller shrugged. "That area was originally a commercial district with no residential buildings. They've all been reinforced by Stark Industries and are almost tourist attractions now. You can see all kinds of monsters chasing Spider-Men there."

"More importantly, you have to understand the fury of a professor whose students would rather take a job in another space than write and submit a thesis. And there are over a hundred such students!"

Schiller slurped some hot water and continued, "Today, we're lucky. Lizard's temper is relatively good. If we'd run into Dr. Banner and Dr. Otto chasing Spider-Man, they might have even gone overhead of my sanatorium."

Kang covered his face with his hands and said, "What a wondrous space this is!"

Then, he sighed deeply and said, "But I digress. I haven't finished my story yet, and all of that was just the appetizer. What I'm about to say, you definitely won't believe..."

Kang showed a hopeless expression, shaking his head lightly.

"You absolutely wouldn't dare believe it, even I myself can't believe it... How could anyone in this world be so unlucky?!?!"
