XXX-----XXX-----XXX-----XXX

In the dimly lit prison cell, a young girl in a white dress huddled in the corner. Soon, a long shadow was cast on the wall of the cell, and a figure with blue skin appeared at the door of the cell.

"Do you remember me?" a man's voice echoed in the empty room as he lightly snapped his fingers. With a "click," the door lock was opened.

As the blue figure entered the cell, the color of his skin filled the room with a cold light.

The girl remained huddled on the ground, not lifting her head. So, he gently reached out and flicked her to one side with a finger, causing the slightly slender female figure to fall to the ground.

"Oh, I almost forgot. I don't think I've told you my name yet..." the man's voice carried a hint of mockery as he said, "Although it's not necessary, you'd better remember. My name is Kang. You can also call me Conqueror Kang."

With that, he took a few steps closer, crouched down, and looked at Lady Loki's face, saying, "I didn't expect you to grow up so quickly in just a few days. But then again, I always knew you would be a beauty..."

After speaking, Conqueror Kang stood up again and walked slowly towards the door, leaving only his back to Lady Loki. He snapped his fingers again, and a chair appeared in the center of the room.

The next moment, Lady Loki appeared on the chair, with her limbs, neck, and waist all restrained. Conqueror Kang suddenly turned back to her and said, "Let's continue our previous conversation."

"Why did you disappear?" Lady Loki deliberately imitated Sylvie's hoarse voice and said, "And why did you reappear?"

Conqueror Kang laughed twice and said, "I was only away for a few days. For you, it may be hundreds or thousands of years, but for me, it was just a moment."

"You immortals always consider yourselves very noble, but you also always succumb to the passage of time and death. All life forms bound by time are as insignificant as ants."

However, Lady Loki stared straight into Conqueror Kang's eyes and said, "Is that so? Are you really not coming back because you don't want to?"

"Then why do you look so tired and weary?"

Conqueror Kang's expression stiffened for a moment, but soon returned to normal. However, Lady Loki keenly noticed a twitch at the corner of Conqueror Kang's eye, perhaps cursing inwardly.

This time, she guessed right. Conqueror Kang had put in a lot of effort to return here.

Perhaps many people had already guessed why he was locked out. Initially, when Schiller roamed the entire Marvel Space and angered the OAA, he kicked Schiller's Multiverse out of the Marvel universe.

Conqueror Kang could indeed traverse timelines and Multiverses, but breaking through the barrier of the universe was a bit difficult for him.

When he left, the entire space was still within the universe. But when he tried to return, he couldn't find his way home no matter what.

And why he could come back was actually an accident. There were countless Conqueror Kangs in countless spaces, most of them having a relationship of "kill or be killed." If they encountered each other, they would definitely fight.

Most Conqueror Kangs had their own territories. If they couldn't win, they could go home and hide. But the Director of the Time Management Bureau in this space, Conqueror Kang, had no home. He could only wander through various spaces.

Unfortunately, he ran into a few versions of himself, was pursued all the way, crossed countless spaces, and then happened to find a hole in a certain space.

Conqueror Kang, who had rich experience in traversing space, keenly felt that this hole was not simple. At that time, he was already chased to the point where he had no way to escape, so he could only jump down the hole.

Next, Conqueror Kang blinked and found himself in a magnificent temple. He thought he understood space very well, but he didn't know that there was such a place in space.

Indeed, the reason why Conqueror Kang could come back was because Schiller had built a subway for Eternity to commute every day. By mistake, Conqueror Kang followed this subway and arrived at Eternity's temple.

At that time, Eternity was at work, so he didn't feel that his temple had been invaded.

Conqueror Kang did want to search the temple, but in fact, there was nothing in Eternity's temple. After turning around and finding nothing, he wanted to leave.

But Eternity's temple is not in any position within Space. This dimension is completely independent of the Multiverse, and except for characters of Deadpool's caliber, no one can leave here successfully.

Fortunately, although Eternity's temple is not in the Multiverse, the Timeline still exists within the Space Timeline. And Conqueror Kang possesses the Infinity of time. He adopted a method that was most efficient relative to his abilities, which, in plain terms, is the Exhaustive method.

He tirelessly tried various breakthrough methods, attempted for thousands of years, and finally, he found a way to break through space along the Timeline.

Therefore, the exhaustion Lady Loki saw on his face was not fake. Conqueror Kang hadn't suffered such a big loss since birth.

First, he was beaten by his own counterpart in the universe, and then, after finally escaping, he was trapped in one place, having to repeatedly try escape methods for thousands of years.

What made Conqueror Kang feel most frustrated was that he didn't know why all this was happening.

He didn't even know what happened. After going on a mission, he lost his home. Wanting to go back home, he had to spend thousands of years playing escape rooms. After finally escaping, he found that there were no significant changes in Space. He was the only one who suffered.

Lady Loki, upon some reflection, realized that whatever mess Schiller caused wouldn't be easily solved by Conqueror Kang. If he could come back, he must have paid a huge price.

So, she sneered and said, "Has anyone ever told you? Now you, Director, look as miserable as a drowned rat."

"I don't want to talk to an alien who hasn't bathed in thousands of years and smells all over, you're even smellier than the perennial victor on the Asgardian arena."

The next moment, Lady Loki felt an invisible force gripping her. She felt her own time gradually slowing down, but she was powerless, unable to reverse it.

Conqueror Kang's face turned completely dark, but soon, he regained his calmness and looked at Lady Loki, saying, "You haven't changed at all over the years. Do I need to remind you? You were just thrown out by Asgard, garbage and waste."

"You and Thor are both Odin's children, but the throne belongs to her. Do you know why? It's because you're just not likable." Conqueror Kang looked at Lady Loki and said, "No one in Asgard likes you, and no one here does either..."

"Listen, Lady Loki, we are kindred spirits." Conqueror Kang slowed down his tone again and said, "When I was young, I was the one who was ostracized. I know how vicious those people are, I know how much pain you're in."

"We're the same kind of people. I completely understand your sadness. I brought you here without harming you because I hope people like us can unite and show them how formidable we can be."

"Don't you want revenge? Don't you want them to experience your pain?"

What surprised Conqueror Kang, however, was that Lady Loki shook her head and said, "During the time you were away, I've thought a lot..."

"Tell me about it." Conqueror Kang walked up to Lady Loki, bent down, and with his hands on the armrests, looked down at Lady Loki.

"I've come to terms with it." Lady Loki tilted her head slightly and looked into Conqueror Kang's eyes, saying, "The throne should indeed belong to Thor because she's better than me. I will respect her as the new king of Asgard, become her most loyal subject, and forever pledge allegiance to her."

Conqueror Kang's eyes widened slowly, and with an expression of disbelief, he stared at Lady Loki, even putting his hand on her forehead and then his own.

"What did you just say?!" Conqueror Kang asked loudly.

"I said, I respect Thor as..."

"The previous sentence!"

"During the time you were away, I've thought a lot..."

"Damn it!" Conqueror Kang cursed, standing up and pacing quickly around the room, the anger on his face almost unable to be concealed.

Being unjustly treated like this was enough to make him angry, but what he didn't expect was that the consequences of this incident would be even greater than he imagined.

The shallow and ignorant little girl who used to be good at playing tricks now, of all things, has come to terms with it herself?!

Just because he didn't seize the opportunity to use torture on Lady Loki, Conqueror Kang might have missed the best chance to extract secrets from her, and it drove him crazy.

Conqueror Kang wasn't a very emotional person. If he could find a target for revenge, he would surely be very calm and wait for the right moment. But the problem was, he couldn't even find his enemies.

What made him feel even more angry was that he had just told Lady Loki that he had also been bullied before, that they were of the same kind, but Lady Loki turned his head and stood on the side of the bullies, even swearing allegiance to them. This made Conqueror Kang seem like a Joker showing his heart and lungs to a blind man.

His full rage could no longer be contained. Conqueror Kang suddenly turned around, staring fiercely at Lady Loki's face, gritting his teeth and saying:

"You're loyal to those malicious people who once bullied you?! You damn soft-hearted traitor! It's because of people like you that they dare to act so recklessly... I will make you pay!"

With that, he reached out and tightly grabbed Lady Loki's neck, but the next moment, another pair of hands lifted from Lady Loki's arm. Obviously, only Lady Loki's arms were locked by the chair's illusion.

Lady Loki captured Conqueror Kang's arm, seemingly instinctively resisting due to the suffocating pain, but Conqueror Kang showed an evil smile. He released his arm and stepped back.

Conqueror Kang saw the illusion of Lady Loki's arm slowly dissipate, but he didn't care, because he knew that no one could escape his palm.

The next moment, a dagger appeared in his hand. He walked up to Lady Loki again, bent down, and lightly tapped Lady Loki's cheek with the cold blade of the dagger, saying, "A loyal subject, hmm?"

"Crack!"

The dagger flashed coldly, and Lady Loki's face turned to the side.

When she turned back, a long gash appeared on Lady Loki's cheek.

Conqueror Kang slowly brought his face close to Lady Loki's, until their noses almost touched, carefully examining Lady Loki's eye contact, hoping to see fear and pain in them.

But Lady Loki's eyes showed no intense emotions. Conqueror Kang only saw a hint of a smile in her eyes.

Lady Loki reached out her hands and firmly grasped Conqueror Kang's face, looking into his eyes.

In Lady Loki's eyes, there was a faint light that fascinated Conqueror Kang. He was stunned for a moment, so he didn't notice that blood was dripping from Lady Loki's chin onto Thor's hammer at her waist.

A few seconds later, thunderous lightning, accompanied by unparalleled power, arrived anxiously, and a roar echoed through the sky.

"Loki!!!!!!!!!!"

"Crack!!"

Seeing Conqueror Kang being struck down by the lightning, Lady Loki slowly knelt beside him from the chair.

Conqueror Kang turned his head slightly and, in his dizziness, saw the faint light shining on Lady Loki's face from outside the window, reflecting a hazy glow.

The girl tilted her head back, reached out her hand, and gently touched her cheek, letting the blood flow down her fingertips into her palm. As she held her own blood, it looked like she was holding deep red silk.

In her eye contact, there was neither a smile nor a sense of triumph, only a kind of innocent cruelty.

Conqueror Kang heard, amidst the rumbling thunder, the gentle white light and the soft sigh of the young female dissipating together.

"A loyal subject? No..."

"He is my loyal subject."
