"Pietro! Haven't you figured it out yet? Erik is simply insane!"

In the dark street, Wanda waved her cloak as she walked away, shouting, "He's a complete maniac who's bound to ruin everything! Anyone who stays with him will be unlucky!!!"

She kicked a nearby roadside post fiercely, saying, "We shouldn't have any hope for him! He ruins everything!"

"Wanda, calm down." Pietro, clad in Quicksilver's combat suit, hurried a few steps and grabbed his sister, saying, "Yes, it was wrong of him to destroy the Christmas tree we all worked on, but he is still our father. Speaking disrespectfully to him in front of so many people, it's understandable why he got angry..."

"Disrespectful?!!" Wanda halted, looking at Pietro with heightened tone, "The Christmas tree the Professor and the students spent two weeks decorating for the dance party was destroyed by him in three seconds! I just wanted to stand up for them. How dare you say I was disrespectful?!!"

"But, but he didn't mean to..." Pietro sighed, furrowing his brow, "Alright, I should take some blame too. I should've stopped Lorna and him from arguing, shouldn't have let them fight. That Christmas tree was just an innocent victim."

"Lorna is just like him!" Wanda started walking again, teeth clenched, "That madwoman and Erik are cut from the same cloth! They never consider anyone else's feelings. Anyone who encounters them is in for trouble!"

Pietro seemed helpless. He glanced around the dark surroundings and said, "By running out like this, you're making the classmates and the Professor worry. Just go back quickly. It's just a Christmas tree after all. Tonight, I'll make a few trips, gather materials, and we can have a new one before Christmas Eve, alright?"

"Pietro!!!" Wanda stood still, chest heaving, hysterically, "This isn't just about a Christmas tree!! Those two madmen have destroyed others' efforts, hurt everyone, and feel no remorse!! They're monsters!!!"

After catching her breath for a moment, Wanda lowered her head again, her tone filled with anger and sadness, "And we are the children of monsters..."

"How can I face those younger children back there? They look forward to Christmas so much, they like me, and they call me sister. You never called me that!"

"That's because I was born just three seconds after you." Pietro muttered softly, but then, looking at Wanda's expression, he said, "Alright, I know you like children. You've been smiling more when you're with those younger mutants."

"But because of that, you should know they worry about you. So just go back quickly. We still need to get cookies for them to eat."

Wanda just kept walking with her head down, muttering to herself as she went, "This is all a mistake! We shouldn't have joined Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters as teaching assistants. Then Erik wouldn't have brought disaster. They could have had a peaceful Christmas..."

"We shouldn't have gotten involved in all of this. We should go back to the jungle, live like our mother, dealing with witches, snakes, and toads like primitive tribes. That's our destiny!"

"Perhaps, we shouldn't have been born at all. It's all a complete mistake! That man will never be a good father. He doesn't deserve to have children!"

At this, Wanda grabbed onto a nearby utility pole, slowly squatting down, clutching her red cloak. Pietro hugged his sister with one hand, saying, "Don't say that, Wanda. The children like us, and the Professor praises us. As for Erik, hasn't the Professor said? He's mentally ill. We have to be more tolerant of him..."

"Sometimes, I don't know who's gone mad." Wanda bit her lip, "I'm supposed to be the ambassador of chaos magic, but it seems like I'm the only 'bad guy' in the world. Why are you all so forgiving? It makes me seem like a petty, emotional child..."

Pietro sighed, really not knowing how to comfort his sister. Just then, he suddenly looked up, seeing another figure at the end of the dark street, along with the familiar fluctuations of his magnetic field.

"Erik..." Pietro uttered his name, gritting his teeth and wanting to drag his sister away.

Because he knew, Wanda was in an extreme emotional state right now. If the two of them faced off like this, they would definitely clash, maybe even resort to violence.

Pietro had grabbed Wanda's wrist, but she shook him off directly. Turning his head, he saw Wanda's cloak swirling, her eyes glowing red, looking like a fire ignited by anger on a cold winter night.

Wanda slowly floated into the air. When the powerful aura of chaos magic spread out, Pietro knew things were about to go wrong.

Sure enough, the next moment, an equally powerful magnetic field imprisoned the entire space, leaving Pietro with no way to escape.

Facing Magneto's immense power, Wanda showed no signs of backing down. A red glow surrounded her, chaos spreading endlessly as her cloak danced, creating a storm from the surroundings.

The clouds in the night sky retreated in fear, and the stones on the ground began to tremble. Pietro stood behind Wanda, shouting, "Calm down!! This is a residential area!! You can't fight here!!!"

But angry Wanda seemed to have lost her rationality, and Magneto, he would never show weakness to anyone. The air near the nearby street began to condense.

Pietro turned his head, looking at the nearby room where lights were on. Pots and pans flew up, and he gritted his teeth, taking out his mobile phone to make a call, but found that the signal was disrupted.

More and more lights in the rooms lit up, and many confused ordinary residents stuck their heads out, some thinking it was an earthquake. They hurriedly ran out of the residential building, only to be knocked down by the storm between the two.

Wanda reached out her hand towards Magneto, countless red ribbons of power sweeping towards him. Magneto raised his hands lightly, disrupting the magnetic field, and the ties of chaos magic were twisted aside.

The next moment, his shadow appeared in front of Wanda. Wanda swung her arm to punch, her eyes glowing even brighter, but the burst of red light only hit Magneto's shadow. Wanda turned around to punch again, but Magneto caught her fist.

Magneto gave a slight flick, but with an unstoppable magnetic force. Wanda somersaulted in the air, landing unharmed.

Magneto squinted his eyes, and Wanda's expression also became serious. They both knew how powerful the other was.

Although Magneto hadn't exerted his full strength, Wanda wasn't at her peak either. She hadn't even tapped into the power of Chthon or used spells yet.

As the probe ended, the confrontation between the two escalated once more. With a flick of his finger, Magneto made the utility poles on both sides of the road collapse in succession. The red magical ribbons grabbed the nearest two poles, swirled in the air, and advanced towards Magneto.

Magneto smirked, pinched his fingers lightly, and all the cars, poles, road signs, and debris on the road were turned into powder.

Just as Wanda was about to advance again, she heard a scream of terror behind her. She turned around to see the debris of a fallen pole hurtling towards a father-daughter duo who had just rushed out of the doorway.

Ignoring Magneto for the moment, Wanda whipped her hand back, sending the pole flying away. But the next moment, she was thrown to the ground by the powerful magnetic force and pressed down by a large hand made of magnetic force.

Struggling incessantly, Wanda turned her head to look at the father-daughter duo. Magneto flew up, landing slowly overhead. Glancing at the duo, he said in a low voice, "I'll teach you that being soft-hearted is your greatest enemy..."

After saying that, he extended his hand towards the duo. Wanda shouted, "No!!!! You monster!!!!"

Just as Wanda was despairing and about to get up to stop him, another figure passed in front of her, carrying the father-daughter duo away from the scene. Wanda looked up to see a figure placing the duo down and then leaping onto the rooftop.

"Spider-Man? No, not Spider-Man..." Wanda said, puzzled. At that moment, Magneto also focused his gaze on the face of the figure.

The mysterious figure wore a hood, concealing his face. Magneto reached out, hesitated for a moment, then said in a low voice, "Interesting."

Just as he was about to take further action, he seemed to remember something and hesitated. Eventually, with a wave of his cloak, he turned and left.

Pietro hurried over, helping Wanda up. Wanda coughed a few times, shaking her head to indicate she was fine.

Afterward, she looked up at the figure on the rooftop and was about to speak when she heard crying from across the street.

Wanda rushed over, and the daughter of the father-daughter duo rescued by the figure was pointing at her father's arm, saying, "He's bleeding! He's bleeding! Please help my dad!"

Wanda hugged the little girl, then said, "Don't cry, we'll help you..."

Though she said so, Wanda didn't know first aid at all. She could only point at the wound and say, "Heal!"

The wound began to close, but very slowly. Wanda pressed her Sun acupoint softly, murmuring, "Focus, focus, don't get angry..."

However, the intense emotional turmoil just now made it difficult for her to control the magic well. At this moment, another figure appeared beside her and said, "Hello, Mr. Pietro. You're very fast. Could you please go find some first aid supplies?"

Pietro looked at the figure in front of him. When the figure took off his hood, both Pietro and Wanda were stunned. Pietro exclaimed, "A vampire?! Oh, wait, you're not a vampire. Who are you?"

"You can call me JARVIS." JARVIS blinked.

Pietro and Wanda exchanged a glance, then looked at JARVIS, seeming puzzled.

About half an hour later, JARVIS and Wanda stood on the rooftop of the building. Wanda brushed the dust off her arm and said, "Thank you for your help..."

"No need to thank me." JARVIS's voice remained flat.

"Are you a new superhero?" Wanda looked at JARVIS, then seemed to remember something and said, "Oh, sorry, you guys usually wear masks, right? I didn't mean to pry into your true identity..."

JARVIS shook his head, saying nothing. But Wanda looked curiously at the marks on his face, wanting to ask something, but hesitated when she opened her mouth. So, she changed the subject.

"Why did you appear here? Was our commotion too big?"

JARVIS shook his head again and said, "I was kicked out."

"Kicked out?" Wanda raised her eyebrows in surprise. Then, she looked JARVIS up and down, noticing his youthful appearance, similar to Pietro's. So she asked, "Kicked out by your parents? Did you have a fight? "

"Sort of," JARVIS sighed.

"...with your father?" Wanda guessed.

JARVIS paused for a moment but nodded.

Completely unaware of his identity and thinking it was just a coincidence with the same name, Wanda didn't notice that JARVIS's gaze towards the New York skyline lingered on the tallest building.

As the moon was about to sink below the sea, the moonlight outlined the rooftop sign with the letters "Stark." Once considered a disaster for the New York skyline, it had now become history and scenery.

Meanwhile, in the office of the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters, Professor X smiled at Magneto and said, "...You've probably appeased Wanda by now, haven't you?"

Under his cloak, the fingers covered in gloves paused slightly.

Magneto compared the scenes in his imagination and reality slightly and felt that there might be some discrepancy. But facing Professor X's gaze, he still nodded without showing weakness.
