Wheels on the Bus - Two Chord TOTAL Beginner Tutorial AND an Intro to Chord Melody (Patreon)

This tutorial was made with the beginner in mind. So much so, we turned it into two tutorials! The song has only two chords, it is a classic standard nursery rhyme that is sung all over the world, so much so I was playing with the my friend, Sol, a cute little 2 year old Colombian girl that doesn't speak English, but rocks out to Wheels on the Bus hard, so hard that after I got done playing and left she stated to cry! Now that is how you score an encore, and another one, and another one... and another one haha.
The beginner tutorial we be broken down strum from strum. I will show you where the chord changes connect with the lyrics, how to add a strum pattern, how to give that strum pattern movement and how to match the strum pattern to the lyrics so you are able to strum and sing the song at the same time. Learning to play sing and play the ukulele at the same time has to do with a concept called keywords, or knowing what words match with the changes so we take an extra long time breaking that down for the learner.
After that we do another version of the song that is a fingerstyle version, meaning we are going to play the melody and harmony at the exact same time. This is also known as solo ukulele or chord melody.
