Right now the current set up we have is 

Saturdays = Songs, this wont change. At least not for the time being.

Wednesdays = Theory/Technique, that can everything from learning about intervals to fingerpicking, intro soloing, lots to draw from BUT

The the First Wednesday = Baritone Wednesday. 

So, the question is, would you rather have...
