SUPER EASY Beginner Melody - Man of Constant Sorrow - Ukulele Tutorial

This lesson is designed to teach you the melody to "Man of Constant Sorrow" and you probably know the song from the movie O Brother Where Art Thou but this song is much older than that movie. The first time this song was published was actually 1913, but it has been sung in American folklore for long before that. The purpose of this lesson is to teach you the melody, and in terms of melody this is an extremely easy beginner melody. A lot of ukulele lessons teach you the strum pattern and the lyrics, which is great and a fantastic learning approach to being able to play a ton of songs, but it by and large totally dismisses the melody. This is lesson is the opposite, we aren't doing any strum patterns or chords, just the melody and we are going to play along to a backing track so we can get it just right, perfect timing and all.
