This is just a 4 chord song, or better yet a 3 and a half chord song, but they are all barre chords so I will show you how to play the song in both the original key of A and an easier version in G, which is also easier to sing for lower voices. Also when I said half a chord it is because we are going to take our E chord and push the major third up a half step, making an Esus4. Which is a new chord, but it is kind of like distorting the current chord we are playing for a really cool effect. As always will break down how to play the chords note for note, the strum pattern, chord progression and then we will look at the chorus in both versions and do a mini play-along as well so you will be able to play The Hype by Twenty One Pilots on the Ukulele in no time.
