Some songs feel like they are just made for the Ukulele, and this is one. A nice lifting melody going with chords ascending the A major scale and a very nice turnaround with some Ds and E7 chords. Enjoy the tune and play it on the beach!

Today we are going to learn how to play "Grow Old With You" by Adam Sandler from the original sound track from the Wedding Singer. This is one of the best scenes in the movie, Billy Idol hammered on Champagne pushing the drink cart into whatever the bad guy in the movie's name was, out of the way while Adam came down the airplane strumming the guitar and singing to Julia. The song follows a jazzier format of song structure that follows an AABA format, which means it doesn't really have a chorus exactly but rather a more elaborate chord progression that is accentuated by a B chord progression that really gives it a nice change. That is why we will teach you the first progression and than after we will walk you through each individual piece to get the little details and at the end we will do a full play-along. This song is perfect for the Ukulele and I hope you have as much fun playing it and singing it as I did! Enjoy!
