Haven't seen The Dirt yet? Maybe this will inspire you. We tabbed out that epic piano riff and it is a blast to play on the ukulele, pretty easy too. Some cool up the neck action as well, but also fairly simply to play. I haven't been able to combine the tabs and song sheet yet so for now they are two files, but I hope you dig it all the same, enjoy!

Mötley Crüe - Home Sweet Home - Easy Ukulele Tutorial with tabs, play-along

New Ukulele Tutorials every Wednesday and Saturday, subscribe and learn! Today we are going to learn how to play "Home Sweet Home" by Mötley Crüe on the Ukulele. I have been wanting to do a song of theirs for quite some time but now felt like the best time with the realse of the new Netflix movie "The Dirt" If you have seen the movie let me know what you think! Many people say, as is almost always the case, the book was better, but I have only watched the movie and I enjoyed it. Also, if we are talking about Home Sweet Home, where is yours? Leave a comment below. The song is broken down into three different pieces, we have the Intro piano riff, which is also the verse, the chorus and the rhythm section for the solo. We will break down each piece one at a time and then at the end we will put it all together with a play-along. The piano riff is especially fun to play and we have all the tabs on the screen for you to use and rock out with as well. The Crue is not my cup of tea either, but this lesson is stretching my skills and the melody is simply beautiful music. Got to learn this.

Cheers Tyler! I studied this yesterday first on my low-g (loved it) and I tried it on my high-g. Uh, not quite the same 😁. Thanks for all you do!

A week later I am still playing this song a lot, I usually move on from tunes pretty quickly. This one is finding its way into my regular rotation!
