Alright everybody, doing something totally different! This month I am going to do a four part series on writing a song starting Sunday, every Sunday, for the month and than at the end we are going to have a #TenThumbsSongChallenge and the winner will get a new Ukulele from me! More in the video, please feel free to ask questions.

cool stuff, as usual. What I've been doing lately is writing progressions in different modes. For example, instead of following the Ionian mode that you're talking about, I use the Phrygian mode (i IIB IIIB iv vdim VIb viib)
