Patreon heads up (Patreon)

Hey everybody, so Patreon made a mistake and over stepped their boundaries a little bit. The changes that they were rolling out (we have seen a big drop in numbers this month as a result) are not happening. So I just wanted to give you a heads up, especially you 1 and 2 dollar patreon THAT YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED MORE, the plan has been canceled.

I am hoping that most people who changed their pledge in any way did so as a way to SHOW patreon that they were only TAKING from creators by doing this. I know that when I lowered my pledges, that was why and I never intended to not continue my same pledge with any creators that support. I realized that it was mid billing cycle, so my support for the month had already been given and for the next month I would have made sure that same support happened.

Thanks for the update Tyler. (It’s weird to me that I didn’t hear about the reversal from Patreon directly but whatevs. I’m glad they listened.) Happy to be supporting your teaching. As you say, life is good, music is fun!
