A little something for everyone here. If you are a beginner the Fm might be tricky, but the rest is pretty easy. More advanced players can hit up the barre chord turnaround and the modified jazz intro. Plus three licks at the end, one bluesy, one jazzy arp, and one somewhere between! Enjoy

Night Life - Willie Nelson - Ukulele Tutorial with three blues/jazz licks

Night Life - Willie Nelson - Ukulele Tutorial with three blues/jazz licks Today we are going to learn how to play Night Life by Willie Nelson on the guitar. Now, this is a very jazzy tune with some undertones of blues so I broke it down several ways. I gave you two options for the intro, easier and the other with some non-diatonic jazz chord maj7 sub chords, tasty. The principal progression I did like Willie does, but I also offered a rising diminished chord part and another cool little turnaround with all barre chords as well for fun and at the end I included three licks, one blues lick in the minor pentatonic, one jazz like in the major scale and one blues/jazz lick somewhere in between, so no matter what your level of playing you will be able to play nightlife by Willie Nelson on Ukulele with a bunch of skill, flavor and some tasty licks as well. If you want more easy to play Ukulele tunes and other cool jams all you have to do is subscribe to learn, we do new Ukulele songs every single Wednesday and Saturday, ranging from other tunes that we have done by Fleetwood Mac, some of them also very easy (a lot of there stuff was based in simple harmony of elegant melody with tasty guitar on top) but we have everything, rock, blues, soul, jazz, everything you need to be become a better Ukulele player, all you have to do is subscribe and learn.
