SBQ Weekly 2.7d (Patreon)

Not much has visibly changed in this version, mainly some code optimizations as well as setting some stuff up behind the scenes for features that aren't entirely ready yet

Started work on lines for when a character is infused, they are not visible yet, I don't want them to be printed to the player using a normal speech bubble, I've got the lines of the dialogue tree being processed for these, but not sent to the player yet

when a character is infused, that part of the body may occasionally play a struggle animation

As for optimizations, cut down on duplicate sheets by handling the navel existing in the sprites with a directive, so I don't need two different spritesheets just to change one pixel in each frame

Added nipples to the Breast sheets, I may be adding a toggle for this later on
