Content

One goal of this roadmap is to convey at a basic level that there will be content you will enjoy for the entire next calendar year. On that point, yearly subscriptions continue to be at a discounted rate, and honestly I would encourage you to change to a yearly subscription to save a few months worth of subscription.

It might be hard to read the image above, so let me give the roadmap with my comments. January to March I think is pretty much locked, and then after that is where there's a lot more room to change stuff up.

First, I am officially shifting Help! I'm Stuck as a Mermaid! from a Gumroad exclusive to part of my Patreon rotation. This does raise questions about the pacing of the year overall, but I hope you'll enjoy the inclusion of the only title I was previously not releasing on Patreon.

Second, this is a very rough draft and even as I was typing it up I realized it's overly optimistic for certain months. So this is not a final version, but it is *close* to what I would like to do for next year, and I hope it gives you enough of a sense of what's coming to feel comfortable subscribing on an annual basis rather than a monthly basis.

Third, based on the polls so far, I am planning to shelf Elizabeth and Ravager until 2024, so those titles will not be on this list.

January: First Half - E-Girl Issue 3, Second Half - French Maid Issue 7

E-Girl is overdue for issue 3, and I'm aiming to get at least one issue of French Maid every other month. More to be discussed in a poll.

February: First Half - Mermaid Issue 3, Second Half - Elle the Fairy (single issue title)

February will be the first month introducing Mermaid to my Patreon rotation. One important consideration is that I plan to mostly shift back to Miracle Worker after experimenting with MiracleSD for parts of Issue 2. I think the style shift was possibly a mistake, although this is something I can poll about later in January. Elle the Fairy did fairly well in the votes, and as a single issue title I think works better earlier in the year.

March: First Half - French Maid Issue 8, Second Half - Cursed Dungeon

Wherever I put Cursed Dungeon will be a bit tricky, but I decided it might be better to do it earlier in the year. If it gains traction on Itch.io or on other TF Games websites, it might bring in some new people and encourage me to change the rotation for the rest of the year. If it is way more of a pain than I expect and people don't like it, then I can stop thinking about twine games for a while. I'm aiming to keep my development time on it to two weeks, mostly just to see if it is possible to release a twine game in 2 weeks of development time or how much I need to scale my expectations in the future.

April: First Half - French Maid Issue 9, Second Half - Secretary to CEO Issue 1

Honestly even typing this up now, I think I just hold off on French Maid Issue 9 until May and reserve the first half of April as a Textless Sequences window. I'm sort of debating this, but I do know that April will be one of my three busiest months this year and I can't guarantee I will manage two full issues in April. That being said, in a scenario where I could do two issues in April, it would be French Maid. So I'll probably update this in April based on how well I'm doing. Secretary to CEO had a lot of interest on DeviantArt, and I think this is a good point to start introducing the new recurring titles.

May: First Half - E-Girl Issue 4, French Maid Issue 10

I'm flexible on E-Girl Issue 4 here, but on the whole I think this month feels fine right now. Could do Secretary to CEO Issue 2 in the second half of this month instead to get some momentum going?

June: First Half - Mermaid Issue 4, Second Half - Textless Sequences

June will easily be my busiest month of the year and I already know I won't be able to do two full issues. I should still have regular updates through the first half of the month on Mermaid Issue 4, assuming I manage to have good flow at the end of May, and then I think some textless sequences will be nice in the second half.

July: First Half - French maid Issue 11, Bunny Girl Issue 1

I'll still be recovering from June, so there will likely be a slow start to this month. This might be one of my 'overly optimistic' projections, but I'll definitely still get out at least one full issue. I think this is a good time to introduce a new title.

August: First Half - E-Girl Issue 5, French Maid Issue 12

French Maid Issue 12 is the big question for me here; I could cut it and do one more issue from one of the new titles instead.

September: First Half - LARP Issue 1, Second Half - Mermaid Issue 5

Introducing the third new recurring title.

October: First Half - Secretary to CEO Issue 2, French Maid Issue 13

If I don't add one earlier, this would be my first second issue for a new title from 2024.

November: First Half - Super Shifter Issue 1, Bunny Girl Issue 2

Super Shifter wasn't voted as a 'please shelf' but also wasn't a very popular title. I think giving it a one-issue release toward the very end of the year will give me a chance to reassess the interest in it after giving it a chance next December.

December: First Half - French Maid Issue 14, Second Half - Brainstorm and Discuss 2025

I think I will definitely take some time to do some polls and evaluate the plan for 2025 in December of 2024.

This post might be a little bit rambling, and basically everything after March is still in flux. Do you have thoughts on the schedule, or think I should have fewer issues of French Maid or more issues of new titles? Let me know!
