Patreon Commissions Reopening and Points System (Patreon)

Starting July 15th, I will be accepting commission offers again, now under a new system.

I'm happy to answer any questions you have about the new system in replies to this post or via direct messages.

For Patreon, I will have two tiers, "1 point" and "2 point," so that people can build up points over time in case they don't want to pay all at once.

Each point under the current pricing is $50. 

Here's the main options for now:

1 Point:

~6 Panel Sequence (~6 panels/images typically) - *I am working on some revised guidelines for this option.

2 Points:

5 Page Micro-Comic (~16 panels/images typically; title page gratis) - Note that this can be expanded per point; so if you want to use 4 points on it you could get a 10 page comic.

Hypnosis Audio File (Typically ~10 minutes)

Song Commission - original lyrics, produced in Suno by default (2-4 minutes typically).

Custom Poe Bot - I will create a bot (veering pg-13) to either act as a character or play out a scenario based on your request.

3 Points:

Hypnosis Video (10 minute file with some sort of effect for a video like a swinging clock)

4 Points:

Music Video: Original song produced in suno, images produced in stable diffusion, edited together ala the songs from the Download Me project.

5 Points: Music Video with Lead-in: An original song produced in suno, images produced in stable diffusion, with a narrative lead-in using AI TTS and AI images.

Commission Policies:

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

I generally accept commissions based on my interests based on things that I think my Patrons would also want to see. If you've seen my stuff, you have a basic sense of my interests I think. While I will consider stuff further from what I normally do, I am more likely to refuse things further from my usual fare.

I tend to share commissions on Patreon to show what I can do with commissions. If you want your commission to be fully private, please add +1 commission point to the commission. It's fine, but since it means I can't add it as part of the release schedule it is competing more directly with my usual releases.

Commissions must adhere to the TOS of the various platforms to distribute. Each of the platforms have different things, but I can break them down roughly as following:

Guidelines

All commissions - content policies:

Patreon - all commissions must adhere to Patreon policies, which can be most succinctly boiled down to "no non-con" -- any sort of sexuality must be at some level consensual to adhere to Patreon. Note that my commissions tend to focus more on transformation content anyway, and the further you are from a transformation-centric commission the more likely I am to reject the commission anyway.

DeviantArt - Patreon + any fully erect penis requires the "full mature" tag and creates account risk, so I typically avoid them on this platform -- so +1 point for anything that I basically can't share on DA as a preview of

Anything with LLMs:

Custom bots, or any Text-to-speech using AI that is filtered through an LLM, needs to veer more toward PG-13, and should avoid direct sexual representation. This may change in the future but to use the stronger bots right now many of them have no-explicit guidelines and I don't want to be hamstrung too much when finding the best bot for the prompt.

Anything with audio:

Since LLMs are 'interpreting' the lyrics, they tend to need to adhere to the policies of whatever black-box LLM is being used by Suno; this means lyrics need to veer PG-13 and in particular struggle with any sort of religious lyrics (even used in a non-religious context) and also the standard TV-excluded curse words. Avoid "fuck" and "god" basically, even "oh my god!" as an emphatic is likely to piss off suno.

Anything with video:

I would prefer to not have to do a hard Mature tag for anything on Video, and anything with video needs to adhere to google's youtube guidelines. Basically veering toward the PG side of PG-13, although I can go harder PG-13 but would need to use the hard Mature tag which basically makes the video invisible, so +1 commission point there (or redundant with private).

For all of this stuff I can discuss more to the best of my knowledge.

All commissions - commercial reselling not suggested 

Basically all of my commissions have a "not-commercial-use-suggested" guideline and my commissions require that you abdicate me from legal liability if you try to resell it in any way. While I guarantee that everything I make is licensed to the best of my ability, anything with audio or music is likely to be threatened by the RIAA which is currently acting like copyright trolls. Trying to sell a song you commission from me on major platforms may incur 'lawsuit risk fees' of several hundred dollars which I am not including in my commission price. While I guarantee my lyrics will be original, and that I will have licensed things from Suno who says things should theoretically have commercial use, in practical terms things right now are being undercut by the litigiousness of the RIAA. With that in mind, if you try to use anything you commission from me from any service, you are abdicating me fully from legal action or legal fees taken against you (even if it's nonsense). I could go on about this a lot more, but basically the laws around AI-generated content are so murky and so heavily in flux that I need to be clear that I do not suggest you try to resell any commission and I cannot be held liable if you incur any legal fees as a result of trying to do so.
