Discord Link (Patreon)

Hi,

discord links should be automatically sent to new subscribers via patreon BOT.

As I plan to post quite a bit more of dev stuff regarding SJX on discord to document the progress of the new game, it might make sense to connect to the server if you haven't done it before.
