Hi,

thinking about the story for 1.50 I decided I needed a Milking Machine. As it wouldn't be any good without it, I also decided to port a basic Milking Mod I used in the original Space Journey Concept to the code.

The machine has been designed and textured in Blender from scratch. As it is a pain to export Blender procedural textures to any other app, I bough a very naice addon, called Autobake, which does that for me in a format suitable for DAZ. It nicely transferred the handpainted scratches and wear imho.

Making objects like that in Blender is fun but takes forever if you are me and not doing stuff like that every day. You can see the Blender work screen in the second image.

The scope of 1.50 now has grown quite a bit, but I want everything that belongs to it to be in that release. I'll work on the new locations, character and objects throughout next week and make a reassessment of the DEV and Early Access Releases. Still intending to have the EA out by September but it might be end rather than middle.

EDIT:
As I was looking for a use of the Pet Voucher Nr. 2 I decided that this will be a Pet Course that transforms Pets into Milking Pets... Allows me nicely to attache the MilkMod data to actors after they have passed the course (T'Ris, Seraphine, Moira, Khelara, Nimhe are target Pets eventually)...

Take all the time you need on this update, I wouldn't even mind if it comes out in October. You do good work at a consistent pace, but I think being a little slower and more indulgent wouldn't hurt much.

I like the inclusion and agree that you should take your time to get it right and to what it should be in your vision. I'm looking forward to it.

what every space farer needs ;) will there be a time when you can keep you savegames between updates, im a bit hesitant to start a new game again until game is done,

Any smaller updates inbetween versions are ok, and even then the effort is major, but as soon as I add new code structures its sadly not doable unless I disable save everywhere and take another month or two for mindless procedural call vetting work (no gurantee it would work though) For SJX II I can make a Poll whether save anywhere is more or less important than save continuity and design the game accordingly (maybe it works)... TLDR: Sadly, every major update of SJX I will only work with Pods and new games...

I oddly like milking content more then I thought I would. I look forward to see your implementation. My wife likes milking content in the games she plays... but it's more guy milking.

It can either be sold for a high price or it can be exchanged for pet food supplement (which enhances in turn milk production)... Definitely want it to be an exchangable item for Krell Station

How are you going to handle the issue that Seraphine is a fugitive from the Krell? May I suggest that MC claims that he found her and intends to keep her as his Pet. (Finders, keepers) He can offer to compensate the Krell for her loss (everything has its price in Krell space.)

I think you may add more sex action with your self-made bot, exchange types on bed, or training contents
