Dev-Log - 10th June - 'No More Adobe' Rant (Patreon)

Hi,

today I spent the whole day getting rid of all my Adobe Creative Cloud Software and cancelling my CC plan. I have used CC for more than 10 years now and paid for it and finally they have pushed me over the edge.

Their latest Terms Of Service ask you to agree, that they may search all your files and take any content and image they see fit and use it for unclear purposes. (No joke). Artists are leaving in droves.

Affinity used that Adobe dumpster fire in a clever way and offered their entire Suite for 50% off (89.99 USD). No subscription, just plain install. Tried it out, works 99% like Photoshop, can read all my assets, comes with a Photo Editing App an awesome Vector Design App and Desktop Publish App on Top.

Never going back to Adobe. Computer boots quicker too.

Enough rant....
Now I'll go and buy a new DeLonghi Espresso Machine because I need that to cool off... :)

Will resume work tomorrow (maybe make a few Poledance renders today still over a nice Latte Macchiato...)
