To be honest, I'm a little frustrated. While chatting with the artists, I wrote to 5 people who do concepts and wanted to hire them to do simple designs for background characters, not just for nothing but for decent pay. They all refused for various reasons, some simply ignored it. There was a feeling that I was doing a dead project in advance. I previously participated in such projects where people discussed a lot but did not get even half of the result of what they discussed. And the attitude is like it's not even worth wasting time

But there is a slight difference between those projects and my current one, I can do it alone. It just takes a lot longer and is more difficult. Including translation. I have a suspicion that my translator simply does not want to work, so he does not answer for several days and reschedules meetings.

But in interesting news, Hioshi provided designs for the background characters from her archive and it really lifted the mood :v:
