Full Circle was written by Andrew Smith who was nineteen at the time. He had been submitting scripts for the show for many years. Full Circle is start of a mini arc known as the E-Space Trilogy. You may have noticed that most of the stories are linked. A more serialised approach along the lines of the First and Second Doctors Eras. Season 18 comprises 28 episodes. Seven four part stories. JNT dropped the six part story. Oh he didn’t like K9. I’m afraid K9’s days are numbered.

Showrunners come and go but K9 was still in the show in 2006. Who knows what that number is? 4's days are numbered too, and so are 5, 6, 7 and 8's.
