I loved Amy and was quite sad that she died! :/ BUT Bobby is alive! Yey! I just looked through the episode list for season seven and I really just remeember 8 to 10 after the first two of S7! When Episode 3 started I was like "OOOOH Yeah!" xD

This episode was so divisive among fans. I love how fair you are. Dean had a lot of hate for this. It was definitely grey. I support Dean's reasoning for killing her, but definitely not behind Sam's back. That was his mistake. I would have understood letting her go too. Dean up to the end of last season probably would have let her go. This Dean is so broken and distrustful, and I get it. Some thought he was cold, and he was a bit with the kid, but I read him as grieved and resolved. He certainly didn't mean for the kid to see, but the effects definitely crossed most people's minds. So interesting too that Jensen directed, so he picked that for Dean. Dean really struggles with putting himself first, even in the best of times. Cas had a major effect on him. I relate to the back burner ideology. I relate to a lot of Dean. So glad you were able to empathize with him, even in one of his darker moments.
