As I said on youtube, I caught your tweet praising this episode before I had a chance to see it, and subsequently the bar was set high. This episode certainly made an impression. It was an emotional viewing experience. It was an even more emotional experience seeing your reaction to the episode. This reaction and the post-episode thoughts for this reaction, is one for the books. I find that I don’t have much to say because, one, I’m still processing the episode myself, and two, your post-episode thoughts and analysis was as excellent as excellent as it was that upon mulling it over, I find myself saying, “I don’t think I can improve on that.” One thing I will share from my own viewing experience with this episode is that throughout the episode I had a line stuck in my head. It was said by Hannibal Lecter in the film Red Dragon, and the line was “What a collection of scars you have. Never forget who gave you the best of them, and be grateful, our scars have the power to remind us that the past was real.” I would also like to add that your reMarkable pun was great. This reaction and analysis of it was just pure perfection, Jess. I cannot thank you enough for it.
