I'm VERY impressed that you figured out that the wife was possessed as soon as it happened. As well as the extended dramatic finger-pointing afterwards. And Bobby praise is always welcome, no matter how little screentime he gets. As someone new to Supernatural too, there's only been a few times when I say, "I have to watch the next episode NOW!" and this was one of them! It was impossible to resist, so close to the end of the season.

"This is a very opinionated fandom." That made me laugh, because it's *so true!* I hope the negative elements aren't coming after you too hard. The majority of the SPN Family are really great people, and have been mobilized to do a lot of good in the world. I think the word you were looking for in regards to Castiel is 'blunt.' He can be very cryptic, but he can also be very blunt. You're not wrong that he struggles with understanding the nuances of human emotions and pretty much everything about being human. I loved Misha's performance in this episode, because you can clearly tell when he's Castiel and when he's Jimmy.

when airing this was one of those few episodes that were SO hard to wait for! And SO anxious about it! Tensions were HIGH in those days
