There's no better way for this series to end than a fulfilling life after a ginormous escape/rescue. What a show! Also, imagining having high enough clearance as a stormtrooper to know that there's a zillo beast on the base, but not high enough clearance to know that there's children... so many secrets with the Empire.

We are now two weeks now where I almost click on Disney+ to watch a new episode, and then I remember that we have reached the end of the era. It has been something of an aimless feel, yet there is great joy and satisfaction from the journey we had. All of it was wonderful. I am especially grateful for the Clone Wars reactions back in spring/summer of 2021, as I was in a VERY bad place, and sharing those reactions gave me some escape, relief, and joy. All of it saved me. And although, things were never that bad during the times of you reacting to Rebels or Bad Batch, there were some rough times where things were difficult, and said difficult times were alleviated by how lovely it was to share the two shows with you, and to experience your love and appreciation for them. I know you’ve spoken of being particularly sad about Bad Batch ending. I concur as your love for that one shined very brightly. I maintain that you have the best approach and appreciation for Star Wars, and your reactions are just some of the loveliest things. Even though this era has ended, more Star Wars is on the horizon, and it will continue to be the delight it is to share that with you, Jess. All of it means so much, thank you.

I can imagine a few of those stormtroopers had dialogue exchanges sounding like in The Death of Stalin where one stormtrooper asks, “Should we ask about some of the other projects that they’re up to here?” to which the reply is, “Should you shut the FUCK up before you get us both killed?”

something you might like is Star Wars Visions, where diffrent Anime and animation studios make a 20 minute episode based in the SW universe.

I'm so happy you enjoyed this series as much as so many of we fellow fans have. A satisfying end to a fun and yet deeply meaningful show.
