So, now it’s really interesting and hilarious, Jess. I am reminded of your Phantom Menace videos where you made the statement, “I’m just waiting for my King to show up.” and subsequently your joy when 3PO appeared. Well, I’ve had a similar thing with the Emperor, for instance, the Obi-Wan show where, though nothing leaked, I didn’t get spoiled, yet I KNEW he would appear, and after a point, you had me doing it, in that I was saying shit like, “You are NOT pulling the wool over my eyes, show! I am sitting on this couch each week! I’m waiting for my King to arrive!!” leading to the euphorically ecstatic reaction that I had when Ian appeared as the Emperor. Now, with this show, he can’t, and neither can 3PO, I’m sorry to say. This being about a hundred years prior to Phantom Menace, and the timeline established the Emperor at being eighty-four by the beginning of the Orginal Trilogy, making him fifty-two during Phantom Menace. The Emperor isn’t even born yet by the time of this show, and still, STILL, I’m gleefully anticipating his appearance, saying things like, “Where’s Palpy?” Old habits and all that, I suppose.
