Depending on the quality and concentration of the acid, Sicals can develop up to 3 pairs of breasts when they are transformed. The higher conentrated the acid gets, the more breasts develop on a victims body ( natural born Sicals always have 3 pairs )

The quality of the acid can usually be seen on a Sicals tail: The better the quality of the acid is, the longer is the glowing marking at the base of the tail. 

Highly concentrated Acid can instatly turn bodyparts into Sical-bodyparts, so they usually aim for the victims head with their acid-spitting tail-end to leave the person disoriented and paralyzed while their face had turned into a hissing snake-head.
