Lifflux elementals need to stay constantly wet. Once they were transformed, they start to desperately look for a wet place to stay, or gather more "man-juice" to grow stronger.

An other option is to enter a persons body through the mouth, which results in a slurper-transformation. The transformed person stays obedient to the Lifflux it "married"  and acts as a new home for the Lufflux, which lives inside the breast-sack. The victim stays a Slurper for as long as there is some of the elemental left inside. (It can be "shared" to "marry" multiple persons)
