The Izuki are - pretty similar to the Sukankus  - organized in tribes that also work as gangs. They constantly plot schemes to invade sewers and establish black-markets to make a quick coin. While not being seen as a threat and allowed to enter all bigger cities on Merra, guards and merchants often keep an eye on them in distrust.
