Like their cousins, the Mojinns, Felizards are creatures of myth. Unlike the Mojinns, they do not live inside cursed objects to fulfill wishes in a perverted way and rather use their magical Glass-Orbs to foretell a often horrible future to their victims.

Usually, this future contains humiliating transformations, and they promise to avert the horror for a "small price", which often involves having sex with them or amuse them in other ways. 

The fact, the predicted future also comes with a countdown, increases the pressure on the victim to fulfil the wishes of the Felizard and make it go away.

Felizards can also be summoned and bound to people as an act of revenge or hate. The cursed victim then needs to please the Djinn to make it disappear or suffer the horrible fate she foretells in her glass-orb.
