Lorthass Kings are the biggest and rares kind of Lorthass in the whole hive. It takes years and a lot of caring for one of the tiny King Crabs to eventually evolve into a fully sized King.

With a feral mindset, most of the small King-Crabs that hatch from a Lorthass Cow after they got impregnated by a Lorthass Partiarch, escape the hive and get killed in the wide ocean - only very few even get multiple years old.

After several years of caring tho, a Lorthass King Crab evolves into a full sized King. Still feral in its mind, it only lives to turn weaker races into Partiarchs with its long, mutagen-filled trunk.

Even tho it hasnt been varified yet, there are reports of smaller King-crabs taking over the bodies of persons that lay on the beach for too long inattentively.

The process was only vaguely described, but it seemed that all the small crabs “fused” with the chests of their victims, slowly turning their breasts (- all reported subjects were female) into mutagen-sacks for the cockweaving-process.

It is also reported, that the females transformed in a very weird way as their upper body slowly became the lower part of their new bodies and vice-versa.
