The lifflux are cum elementals, that turn stronger with every load of male semen they can absorb. To survive, they usually search for hosts, which they enter through their mouth.

right after the lifflux had entered it´s host, it starts to change it into the form that fits their nature best. The whole head and upper body bloats and turns into a giant, male genital, so the lifflux can enter and leave whenever it wants. The Lifflux also controls the libido of the host, which kinda works like a "door opener" for the elemental, whenever it wants out.

The host however always stays itself all the time, but is unable to fight its symbiont. A Lifflux always leaves a tiny bit of itself inside its host to make sure it doesn´t transform back. The best way to heal a lifflux-host, is to force out the lifflux completely and seperate the elemental from the host.
