The snake-like tizzians live in the hot areas of Merra! They use their poisonous fangs to hunt down much bigger enemies around their capital Tyx.

Over centuries, Tizzians had used human slaves to work for them, since they are not the most skilled in creating fine arts or architecture. To make these humans more immune to the mercyless sunlight, the Tizzians uses very small doses of their poison to turn them into reptile-hybrids, which are known as the lilocs today
