Polly jumped down and retrieved her measuring tape with their fun out of the way. Unfortunately, by this point, Katherine had far outgrown what the tape could measure, but after a bit of math from Polly, she was able to get her first measurement. At some point, Polly would need to invest in a larger tape just for Katherine, but that is an issue for a later date.
