At the time, I was inexperienced.  I liked going for a healthy jog and I wouldn’t mind focusing on a salad or grilled chicken for my meals, but the type of dedication to have a body like that was completely unbelievable.  I don’t know what it was that popped in my head that day but I felt like I needed to be like that.
