Hello, we are updating our backend and for the last few weeks there has been some problems with key dispersion and activation server.

We are working on these things constantly, if  you have not received your key or have issues please use this form to report  your issues:

Just tried to follow the link to report an issue and form not working, when I try to launch HOTD scarlett dawn am getting an error message saying now valid serial program terminated?

Same for me form closed and getting the "This code requires valid serial number to run. Program will be terminated" error message..

i joined today. I found when you joined the message says your serial can be found on the dashboad. this is not correct. Your serial number will be sent to you by the email address you used in your account.

EDIT: Got it after 15min. Thank you @Mark Battershill... without this info i would go crazy... So how long does it take to get a serialNr ?

Hello everyone, about an hour ago we deployed our new patreon tool for managing serial keys, if you've been waiting for a key please check your emails, if it's not there then please fill out the form and we'll get in touch with your key :D

Got my key reset works great now.. thank you for the direct reply. I will be putting together nla new machine soon hope to upgrade to get another key when it's ready.. keep up the great work

got my key =) always remember to "Write down your Password" and Ur "Serial Key" once you obtain it will help each month when using TeknoParrot services if u choose to be a Patreon =)

I have completed the online form, asked for help on Discord and crickets….nothing. I can’t get my serial number and haven’t received a reply from the Google form (It’s not in SPAM) and I can’t recover my password on the new website as it errors. Help please! Cheers

New Member here. No problems with getting key here. I followed direction and linked my account with no issues. Thanks and really happy to be part of the family. Cheers!
