The New Neighbors Chapter 12 (Patreon)

Hey guys, here's chapter 12 of The New Neighbors. I apologize for the long delay again... My grandmother passed away recently and since she was my last grandparent who was still with us and I was pretty close with her, it hit me a bit hard. But at least she lived a full life to the age of 93 and was surrounded by family when she passed. She didn't suffer at all either, and was even bright eyed and smiling the day before she passed when I spoke to her. Anyway, I guess I just wanted to remind everyone to speak to your family often and tell them you love them!
