50K (m) (Patreon)

I'm close to 50 K watchers on Deviant Art (49,3 at this time) and even though I would've preferred them all to become Patrons, it's a landmark to celebrate if you ask me. 

I have to think ahead, so I already made this celebratory picture for when it actually will happen. I don't know when that will be exactly of course. Could be a while.
I knew the painting would be something like this and, as it can take a lot of time to get this kind of painting right,  I had to anticipate the future, to not get stuck or to not have to settle for something hastily put together.
For something like that, this feat would be too remarkable to me. 

That's why I started early, this July 6th, when I noticed the numbers were really getting up there. 

Since Deviant Art changed practically everything and much not for the better, it did slow down considerably with new watchers. That may have something to do with the lack of new noodity on my DA page though, as there hasn't been much of that added, when I went Patreon (2019). But the way to share has changed and got limited too for the groups, all of a sudden, so the exposure, which was one of the better features of Deviant Art, has gone down a lot quite suddenly.

It's great to have so many that seem to appreciate my work. Most just watch in silence, some are commenting left and right. 

Needless to say, but I should say it more often regardless, that I honestly appreciate my patrons. They may still be a minority, they are however much more dedicated and supportive. Thank you so much!  

When Deviant Art hits the 50K mark, I'll add the public version here. For now this is truly a Patron exclusive. When the time comes I will post the uncensored version on Deviant Art, by the way. Seems more festive to me.  

Note: it is entirely possible that I can't resist making another celebratory painting before the 50K marker is reached. That is the downside of being early. I'm quite happy with this one though. If I do, you'll of course be the first to see that one too.
