With Easter around the corner it's time to paint bunnies and here's one of them. There will be more, I'm sure.

Although Easter is a bit of a religious holiday I see it more as a prelude to spring and summer. A celebration. Luscious meadows with flowers all around. It's saying goodbye to rain, sleet, snow, frost and cold. Even when it can still be massively bad weather. It's hope and positivity.

I think it originally had something to do with Jesus but I never thought a carpenter on a donkey was any way reason to paint. And I was brought up as a catholic. 😊
