As you might derive from that ramble, it is pretty difficult to be on the internet as an artist and not come across someone that lights your creative fire with which you would work for longer than just the one painting, given the chance. It's usually the not so regular and natural beauty, the less polished and plastered, that does it for me. It's usually not physical, it's vibe. Although, the previous portrait I did was because I really liked the lighting and how that made the body more shapely than it was already (the Rising Venus one). But usually it is about poise and mood, power and expression.

With all the people on the Internet you'd think I'd come across it every day but that certainly is not so. I would like it if it were, as it makes my day brighter usually, but it is far from common.

When I come across it I want to actually work with that person a lot, but, more often than not, they're too far away, even if they would be interested as much as I am. The disadvantages of the world wide web.
