I don't know why but those dummies usually look a lot like Chucky, the psycho doll from the movies. It is entirely possible to make them look a lot better but the people making them don't seem to know facial features from a hole in the ground. At least I've never seen those dummies looking good. Even when using cartoonish proportions it can still look much more appealing and less scary. So, in order to keep this more believable I had to follow that template. Sorry about that. 

Anyway, crazy idea that popped up and who am I to not paint crazy ideas. Sketch has been posted some time ago for higher Tiers but it took a while to get it right. Is this Vaudeville by any chance? 

It works better in the nude version doesn't it? :D
